Curious as to what most bros think.

Alright I hate the doctors. I hate the hopital, the damn smell and all it represents. So I want to get some feedback real quick before I have to end up going there. I am on Prop, Test Cyp, and deca right now and so far so good. But lately my side near my kindeys are beginning to feel sore. Whenever I strech them to the left of right. When Im sitting down and walking they are find. Ummm Im using milk thistle and ala. Thats about it. What do yall think could be the prob. Im thinking on giving it a day or so.
 
i have had side aches frequently if i party or something and it goes away. I think u would be ok giving it a day or two. As long as you aren't having blood in your urine etc. That is just me and how i would handle the situation. Are you drinking lots of water?
 
I agree with the others,,,,lack of water!

Are your feet swelled up?

Is your urine yellow?

If yes to either of these, you definately need to drink more water. I had
the same problem before and once I was properly hydrated, the problems
went away. Give it a try before venturing to the ER.
 
are you taking anything else not gear related?
I agree to drink a lot of water but you know when Tom Prince had to go in they told him it was not the juice but all of the Aleve and Ibuprofen he was taking for sore joints that wrecked his kidneys.

I know alot of us pop way to much of that stuff just to work out.
 
Awww shit Im fine. I was acting stupid and not thinking right. The previous day I had did sprints up a hill constantly till I almost puked. My sides were hurting at the end cause I only let myself rest for 2 mins after each set. Today my sides are good. I always drink plenty of water and I never think bad of anyone that gives advice esco. I appreciate it very much. I drink about a gallon or more a day. My piss is always clear and I go to the can too much. So Im good to go for a couple more years I suppose. Thanks for all of your advice.

Also, the Cranberry juice is good for putting down the creatine too.
