Curious if anyone has any ideas on how to test for 7a methyl estrodiol metabolite from trestolone?

Has anyone figured out a way to check 7a methyl E2 on bloods running trest? Besides "feels" I'm curious if anyone has ever been able to see this metabolite in there blood work. We know it won't show up on standard and hplc-ms estrodiol tests.

Has anyone found any literature comparing 7a-me2 interactions at receptors compared to say 17ame2 or just plain 'ol e2?
