You think the fasted cardio makes a big difference in abdominal fat?
I do... I have done it before, and, I was glad Chest was incorporating it now. To me, it's 100% the MOST effective form of cardio in terms of fat loss.... However, I have found it sometimes eats at my legs... HIIT cardio seems to keep my legs larger and fuller looking... We shall see...
 
A Little late but subbed, I am sure alot of us will enjoy this log. I am hopping you will be posting up some training as well, not all the little bits maybe just frequency and volumes.

Sure, feel free to ask me, and i'll gladly post. Sometimes I forget to, and oftentimes i feel no one actually reads the workouts... Is there a particular thing you're looking for? This program is high-frequency stuff, so, it's kind of hard to post certain days... As, really you need to do the whole week to maximize/utilize the results. As an example, I trained back 3x last week. That would be impossible to do if I was training heavy and/or to failure....
 
I'm definitely in for this. Maybe I missed it but are doing this to compete or just for you? Just curious, either way good luck to you!

Okay, little update for you guys!

Down about 10lbs... Not sure WHY, must be the lowering of the hGH (water retention) plus lower overall macros (especially carbs). There's no way I lost 10lbs of fat in a week... But, I look leaner, for sure. So, Im happy with that.

Strength is OKAY, not great. I'm hoping we can incorporate a good oral soon that'll kickstart my strength, I never have received these "crazy" strength gains from tren people report. Halo, drol, winstrol and anavar (IDK why) have always sent my strength through the roof. Maybe my var was winny? IDK.

Yesterday was back, bi's, chest, shoulders and tri's... These high volume split routines are tough... No way around it. I'm gassing towards the last third of these workouts... Not what I'm used to, I'm used to being able to complete a routine fully without too much mental/physical discomfort.

Sleep has been fucked the past 2 nights... Waking up every hour or two... Not pleasant. I have tried melatonin and benadryl, benadryl appears to be better. Maybe I'll stack them. I have a bunch of Lunesta on hand, but, trying to avoid adding it in. If sleep continues to get worse or stay the same, Lunesta may be my only option.

Fasted cardio is actually NOT bad this time around, not sure why... But, I am not HATING it. I put a treadmill in an extra bedroom with a TV etc., really not torturous, just a pain in the ass to get up 30 minutes early...

Visibly I'm seeing a lot of vascularity and some good separation on my chest, shoulders and calves... Starting to notice some good hardening in the quads, too. Training legs 3x a week is paying off.

Staying within my macros has been a bit of a challenge, I'm overeating with protein a bit... I'm just so used to eating all the protein I can, it's a bit tough for me to dial it back... The carbs I don't really miss, too much. I look forward to the big carb spike pre and intra workout....

Man, I could use some Halo right now :)

About your sleeping issues, im wondering if thc oil would help you. I dont know ANYBODY that doesnt fall asleep after a teaspoon of thc oil. And the really cool thing is , no smoke in your lungs and you wake up feeling great!! Absolutely no hangover.
And..... I might know a guy that can hook you up. [emoji4]

As we've discussed, we will implement orals...but not for a fair bit. I have a sneaking suspicion that strength will come back nicely after a few weeks...we'll just call it a hunch. But there are a lot of hormonal fluctuations at play right now, and one of the keys is working with the body and not against it. Once we get your body more towards a hormonal homeostasis, we'll be able to more properly assess things like strength and stamina.

Of course, there will come a point where strength drops...and no amount of halotestin will save it. But we've got plenty of time until that happens... :)

Hmm! I have heard a lot about CBD stuff, too! I'm not drug tested for work, so I don't mind. However, I don't LOVE depending on something that has a psycho-active effect, just in case I need to do something etc. Recreationally, fine... but, every night? Ehhhhh

Generally my threads are just whatever is on my mind/thoughts etc.... So, even though I am dreaming of orals (interpret this however you'd like), I won't use them until the time is right!

I just started the guantlet routine as well. It's no joke. Doing it on a cut must be tough.

I completely understand your concerns, but if you had to choose between lunesta and the oil, oil hands down is the safest with zero side effects. Also you would only take it before sleep so no worries about it interfering with performance in the gym or professionally.
Anyway the offer stands, so if you ever decide to give it a go LMK.

Besides that, im digging the log and am so looking forward to the outcome.

I been following it exactly. I'm finishing the first week. I think I need to increase my calories, because it's so demanding. It's a awesome routine.
