Its going quite well actually - despite having a few set backs and going through a break up in the middle of it. The break up was tough, but it only through me off my program for a week - so im quite proud of my self for getting back on the horse. I still want to get a little bit tighter. But I just started taking a week off all PEDs to give my body some rest. Working my way up to maintenance calorie wise over the next couple of weeks. I have a holiday coming up in august so ill just back on it for a couple of weeks before i leave.
