Turned freaking 40. Someone I know, fit healthy looking just died at 50. Someone else just died at 43 (healthy, no steroids etc). Getting worried in my advancing age.
I’m on trt, cholesterol decent, hdl around 38, ldl can’t get below 120.
Here’s the stupid part, I love to blast and cruise, was planning on 16 weeks test and deca at 400 each, but now second guessing myself.
I know safest option is stay on trt, second safest is just up the test, but I don’t wanna trash the deca...
maybe last blast, just do 300 each for 12-16 weeks, or just blast test and deca at 500 for 8 weeks and stop all this foolishness.
Then from there just optimize trt... maybe one blast a year of 10 weeks test around 300.
(My trt is 26 mg SQ every 3 days, puts my TT at around 600, pre T levels 150, likely severe long standing vericocele)...
Any sound advice or opinions welcome

If your parents have no signs of CV disease or died young in their age, more likely with moderate doses you “should” be fine. In the end you are always rolling the dice on shaving years off your life blasting hard. I’m 37 so Im right behind you and I blast like I’m gonna do a life sentence. Then again my dad is 98 and still alive. I’m here for a good time not a long time. :)

Long life runs in my family too and bless your dad for his long happy life. I am on earth to enjoy myself too as well :)

Bet he he trains as hard as you though lol

had a couple heart surgeries didnt he?
Yes but still alive and still active. Heart surgery and treatments for CV disease has improved more so there's better outcomes nowadays so having CV disease is not quite the death sentence it used to be if treated promptly.

Depends on your goals

Unfortunately you cant juice to no end and stay healthy, sooner of later choices will have to be made

Theres also alot more to CV disease than cholesterol numbers

Take care

What if plan is stick with trt from here on out but have 20 ml each deca and test... don’t wanna toss... do 400 each 10 weeks or shorten time under curve and do 500 x 8 weeks?
