Cycle a complete Failure? what do you think?

Well fellas, I worked hard and ate my butt off and only gained 8lbs going into week 8 and it's only a 12 week cycle of 250 test enthate and 200 of decca qv 300, total of 500 and 400 a week... Well I really was trying to be 200 lbs I'm 186-187lbs now and I startyed at 178. I want to be 200 and I ate and worked out hard.

A normal day of food!
12pm-Morning-4 eggs,protein shake,can of tuna...
1-4pm work/ so in that gap ill have a bag of ships,a protein bar and water.
4:30 I find a place to eat burrito shop or chicken breast or something with chicken...
5pm protein shake
6-8pm Gym
9pm-Tuna sandwich and penut butter sandwhich
then at the end of the night I'll eat like something quick something to eat fast like tonight it was chciken fingers...

I been only drinking like 6 glasses of water and gatorrade as well...I know I should be drinking a gallon...

So you guys think it been a complete disaster or what? leave a quick feedback guys thanks!!!
 
Id toss in more food... wake up even earlier.. and make a quick meal.. (just protien) then go back to bed and then two hours later wake up and start your day how you had it... honestly though... I think you could eat more... shit i remember my last bulker... had like 6 bowls of pasta a day with olive oil and chicken ... plus protien shakes (3-4) and other things like oatmeal in the morning and a sandwhich about 6pm... I gained no prob...

on another note...

who makes your gear?

could possibly be underdosed,... or maybe you should up the test to 750 and deca at 600... or 400... yeah 750 test and... 400 deca should be good...

how is your training?... do you get enough rest at night?


these are all questions that need answering before anyone can help you correctly... especialy who makes your gear... where you got it from (local or internet.. .and was the source reliable)

anyway, get back with that and ill check it out again tommorow
 
What your day should look like...

6am - Wake. 50g Whey in milk, cup cottage cheese blended in. Back to bed.

9am - Get your ass out of bed. 6 egg whites, 2 yolks. Mix with 4 big handfuls oatmeal and a scoop of chocolate protein powder. Cook in pan like pancakes. Wash down with glass of milk / vits.


1-4pm work/ so in that gap ill have...100g oatmeal, 2 scoops peanut butter, 100g protein powder blended in 1/2 gallon skim milk. Sip throughout the afternoon.

4:30 I find a place to eat burrito shop or chicken breast or something with chicken and a big huge fuck off plate of vegetables and a glass of milk.

545pm protein shake

6-8pm Gym

815pm - 30g Whey in water.

9pm-Tuna sandwich and peanut butter sandwhich

then at the end of the night I'll eat like...2 cups coattage cheese with a little fruit. If you dont like the taste blend it with protein powder and it goes like a pudding.

You should ahve been up 15 lbs by now, not 8. If you had eaten more you would be. Use less gear, eat more food.

just make sure you arent lactose intolerant... I can drink milk... and do cheese and all that stuff... but holy fuck I feel like crap afterwords... not so much with cheese but every single time with milk... good thing cuz i love cheese :rolleyes:

200 should be easy to attain without adding more gear... though id still like to know the specifics on the gear... to further asses your situation... but as gavin said... more training/food... less gear... 200 is easily attainable by most... Au natural

Anytime you're not gaining like you should, it's a sure bet you're not eating like you should.

The water is a non-issue.

Just from a quick glance, I'd guesstimate you're currently eating roughly 225 grams protein/day and roughly 2,500 calories/day. If you think that's eating your butt off, you just don't understand what it takes.

Instead of thinking there's a problem with your AAS dosage or quality, you should be thinking about how you're going to double your food intake.

The roids are test enthate quality gear lab 250 and the decca is 300 QV. Personally I think the stuff is underdosed so Im going to shoot a CC of decca 300 and a CC of test 250 every 5 days which is 600 of decca and 500 of test in 10days right now i'm shooting sundays and wensdays 200 of the decca and 250 of the test so 500test and 400decca every week...I sleep a lot so rest is enough I mean I get up at 12 so I sleep in for sure hehe...Should I be upping the test or should I be upping the decca? the decca is QV and I hear that stuff isn't very reliable...200 is my go9al and i have 5 weeks to gain 13 lbs with your help I can do it....
 
was wondering something...I'm taking B-5 and it says DIETYARY SUPPLMENT...My girl was taking is as well and she said she lost 5 lbs well I was think if it is a dietary supplement does that me it helps you lose weight? what the deal fellas? help me thanks for everyone time and help!!!
 
Listen to Gavin and you will be all set! Also get up a little earlier or somthing because it seems like your going more then 12 hours without any food. Atleast try to down a boat load of cottage cheese before bed since it is slow release protein.
 
FOOD is your problem.....period. I am cutting right now and using nearly the same amount of calories you are bulking with. Need to be in the 4-5000 range per day with gear to grow.
 
eating is definitely the problem....you have only like 10g carbs in there, and need about 2.5-3x the caloric intake you have going right now. was this your first cycle? it would suck to waste that kick ass growth potential for an 8lb increase
 
btw, i meant to suggest that maybe you add in some orals to gain a quick boost during your last couple of weeks...any ideas on that???
 
it's funny. but the problem is definitly food. not getting nearly enough. i'm on 3500 a day while cutting. doesn't even look like you're getting that much while bulking. forget skim milk go with whole. eat everything. you should be full to the brim every time you sit down to eat.

Nope, not the B5. If your gf lost weight while taking it, its because of something else and not the B5.

Everyone else has already given you the solution to your problem: eat more!

As for what you eat a day, no offence bro, but truthfully speaking, my 2 dogs eat more than that.

Myself, i'm still a little man, 5"9, 72kg, just started my cycle 2 weeks ago. Even though I gag at the start of the morning and by the end of the night, I still manage to get 4100 calories into my system. I'm taking it you're bigger than myself, so you should be no exception.

Don't let work ruin your apetite. If you can't make anything at work, bring food from home and prepare it the night before.

the tru eway to go like the previous said "EAT MORE FOOD" ...but if your really trying to gain that extra 5-6 lbs in a couple of weeks.. throw some oral AS in the mix... but if you want trrue last results...eating consistent with your workoput plan will get you goin in the right track...
