Looks like another 2 weeks and then transition into a short health/trt phase.

Beast! Just found this thread and so glad I did. Question, do you intentionally try to stay in zone 2 or monitor HR during cardio? I’m assuming it’s fasted?

Currently rehabbing from elbow surgery but looking to do what you’re doing when I’m back to normal. Thanks for the motivation!

Hey brother. Yes I intentionally try to keep HR under 130. Goal here is to maximize fat oxidation while preserving muscle mass.. I would say fasted is ideal. However, what’s more important is getting the 65 minutes in consistently day to day. Sometimes I have to split up my cardio 30 minutes in the morning and 35 minutes at night due to work commitments.

Week 23 update

Fasted weight: drum roll……..

…..192lbs … 2lb increase from last week. WTF!!!

I am surprised because I feel the leanest I’ve been.

I increased Reta by .5mg this past week to help with food noise from decreasing calories. So currently at 2.5mg weekly.

Man looking shredded. Idk what's up with the scale but I don't think I'd be super concerned the visual is killer.
Yeah idk what’s up maybe cortisol up ? Poor sleep? It’s always good feeling when the scale matches the mirror though haha. Thanks brother
