Will do! I will get weight, a few measurements, bf% and pics tonight. I have a friend that is a trainer at my gym and she will be taking my info down and we will track it. I will post up my normal daily food intake example as well.

Yes and she is freaking amazing. She is young and I think I'm going to take her under my wing a little and give her any knowledge that I have. She has freaky Genetics and has one a couple shows already. I want her to get your pro card in two years.

I hate these chicks with their genetics. My damn wife just went won a show natty at 5-4, 128 lbs and 6.5% bf. It's gonna be scary when she asks for some var.

I did not get measurement last night. She was busy with clients and will do them today for me. I did ask her if I could post up some pics and she said I will tell you tomorrow. lol I think she will let me.

Okay so she sent me a few last night. She said it was okay to post them up. I will let her come on here and check out the thread as well. I'm sure it will turn into her thread soon. lol.

She took my weight and bf% like a 5 point crap method and it was high. I will post it below this.

Okay so my weight was down a few pounds. I weighed in at 250lbs. and my bf% was 13.9% with a 5 point test(I think she's loco)ugh. I'm sure this could be off a couple % but I will take it the same way in 6 weeks. No measurements on arm, chest or legs but I will get them soon I hope. Here is a pic from yesterday.
