It's weird how a guy you barley know can sit you back and make you think, and truly sadden you. Especially with what we all do with our bodies. Day in and day out it makes you think. Something tells me he wouldn't change one single thing, except maybe just one more cc. And I smile at that. Man, he would of been something else. Every time I ran by him I always said damn I can't wait to see a 30 year old BIG COUNTRY. It's a shame it had to happen but hopefully he's on to something greater.
I use to talk to guy on here who competes. He said as a competitor himself, thats one thing even he wouldn't mess with. Said he knows of guys that went to bed an never woke up after using slin.

While it can be dangerous insulin is really not that big of a deal unless you're an idiot about it. Although, I agree it definitely is the most dangerous thing used by bodybuilders as it can kill you faster than anything else. Especially high doses of Humalog combined with a long acting version.
Based on the current information it really look like he choked to death. Josh tried to save him with CPR but he was probably down too long before he found him. I can see that happening also. Lord knows I've almost choked several times scarfing down a meal especially if I was starving.
