damp weather weight gain

Try another scale. Yes you'll have no reference point. But provided it's on point, it will be closer to what you were prior to the climatic shift.

All estrogenic references have been left off to prevent redundancy.

OK, a cold / dry front just moved thru my region and my weight dropped by three and half pounds overnight despite the fact I haven't done any cardio or lifting over the past four days and stuffed my face with a ton of carbs and fatty food yesterday thanks to Canadian Thanskgiving. And all this time I was weighing in on the same digitial scale. So clearly, my weigt gain / loss is dreictly related to the level of dampness / air temperature.

I've read a couple of times that your weight can go up when the weather gets damp and hot but never saw any science behind it. Intersting to speculate.
