dbol experiences please

Last time I ran it I did 50mg / day.

On workout days, I took the whole dose 2-3 hours pre-workout. On days off, I split the dose morning and just before dinner.

It doesn't make much of a difference, honestly.
 
I have too much bloat from dbol and the liver is always messed up

You can get good and safer cycles on injectables
 
I took 30 mg per day dbol for 2 weeks and then I did the bloodwork guess what I found?
AST/ALT x10 higher than the normal only on 2 w dbol at 30 mg ;)
It's good you did a blood work. AAS is not for everyone. Gear users who have genes for bad cholesterol, kidney or liver can suffer serious consequences

I'm getting ready to run some dbol on my next cycle coming up..

I'm reading a lot of people take them split up though the day and a lot of other people take them as a pre work out .

if you could please share your experiences and what way works better and why ... thanks

Can split on your off days the dosage. I work out 5-6 days a week I actually don't take dbol on off day. 20 mg good starting point. Adjust up week 3

I get what your saying but in those first 4 weeks when your waiting for it to really kick in the dbol help.
Yes it is nice but in the end the results all the same with or without the dbol
I used to like it but not since I found out how bad it fucked my cholesterol
I'm done with all gear now though I'm going to sarms I like being 180 lean I never did like being big I like preppy chicks too and they don't like the muscles they say ..

But yeah if you gonna do steroids anyway you might as well kick it off with some Dbol :)

I ran Blue Hearts 40mg/day during my current run. 4 weeks. Aromasin at 12.5mg/day kept just the right amount of bloat off, and I look shredded on D. By far my fav oral; doesn't give me the appetite suppression and stomach aches like drol.
