Degradation of acetate/enanthate tren in terminal sterilization

I've been told several times that it's not a necessary step, but I keep wondering at what temperature does trenbolone acetate/enanthate degrade? I prepared some vials and I want to put them in an autoclave just in case, just like I do with testosterone, terminal sterilization, however there is a lot of conflicting information about at what temperature the hormone degrades, I did a test and the yellowish color remains, it did not turn reddish.
 
For me it feels like insomnia and nervousness, but I wanted to know if anyone had done this test before, I imagined yes, or that @Ghoul had thrown out some study

Unfortunately I don't know. Unlike pharma products like Test, there's no one out there researching this kind of thing.

Personally I'd be ok using genuine "pharma grade" excipients like MCT, BA, and BB, all available in ultra low endotoxin versions for pharmaceutical use, use USP certified endotoxin free vials, and just cold filter sterilize.

Degrading seems to be a sliding scale due to what the temp and for how long was the drug heated. with over 20 year brewing my own i just manage my processes and don't sweat it.

When the colour change
Its should keep is colour yellow
 
I finally found out that to prepare finaplix you have to bake it at 250º Fahrenheit, so yes, I baked it and I'm testing it.

The color is still yellow, but now it's a bit darker and brighter yellow, I don't know if it's because of the bottle, which has become lighter when put in the autoclave, or because of the oil itself.
Anyway, I have to overthink it, so I'll send it to AB for analysis and I'll report the result soon.
 
Idk... I have aboutb160ml of tren e 300mg/ml that came out pretty dark.. had it jano tested and it came within 1% of my target at 297mg/ml. I have the test report to back my claim but not ginna did around to find it this morning.. its somewhere posted in my brew log1736766193130789099589767137069.webp
 
A curious detail, trenbolone no longer crystallizes when it drops to 9º Celsius, now it crystallizes at 0 or 1º Celsius, I think the only difference is that now there can be no moisture inside the vial, my theory is the following: when the oil expanded it expelled all the air from inside the vial and when it cooled it pushed the stopper inwards, I assume this because the first time I pierced the vial I noticed that it tried to push air from inside the plunger into the vial

So you heated the vials to 250F for 2 hours in the oven?

Maybe you should just stick to buying your gear already made??

How many degrees is that ?
 
Maybe you should just stick to buying your gear already made??
My previous steroid supplier already gave me a batch with quite a bit of PIP and burning when injecting, and I liked the process of preparing my own material, I honestly liked the process of researching and doing it "right". It would be no fun to buy it already prepared.
By the way, this small batch of vials that I prepared did not give me any PIP, and now I am sure that it is properly sterilized, since I prepared it myself.
