deloading weeks

if you don't want to drop the 3rd workout during deloading, lets hope madcow sees this thread. If I remember correctly, he has a different way of deloading rather than dropping friday's workout all together.
 
i thought when u deload u use the same weight as u did the previous wk w/ the 5x5 but do 3x3. Which in turn is easier helping u recover then u add weight the following wk

for the first week of 3x3's, that is what you do. keep the weight the same, that is the only week that is truly deloading,,
