delt inj- side or front?

delt injections- should i use the side delts or the front delts
side-side of shoulder
front- when make a bicep pose,my front delt flexes as well,is that where i should inject?
my glue injections are giving me back pain for some reason.

I use both front and side without any problems. I inject dead center in the middle of the each delt.

I've injected the front, side and rear delts many times with no problems. The rear is a little harder to reach though.

i was told when doing an iol base.a delt injection requires only 1/2 inch if you have low body fat? opinions.

medial delt is where the least veins are...I always use the middle
