I have a desk job and have gained about 10lbs of bodyfat in the 6 months I've had this job. I train regularly and have been for over 10 years. I currently weigh 225 lbs and now I can't see my abs. It is difficult for me to get in any cardio at all because of my schedule and I eat a diet high in protein, moderate fat and moderate carbs but the good kind. I know I should try to add cardio at least 3 days a week but what else can I do to get rid of the bodyfat with a desk job? Any suggestions would be great.
