Desk job and bodyfat

I have a desk job and have gained about 10lbs of bodyfat in the 6 months I've had this job. I train regularly and have been for over 10 years. I currently weigh 225 lbs and now I can't see my abs. It is difficult for me to get in any cardio at all because of my schedule and I eat a diet high in protein, moderate fat and moderate carbs but the good kind. I know I should try to add cardio at least 3 days a week but what else can I do to get rid of the bodyfat with a desk job? Any suggestions would be great.

If you do steroids try tren e I dumped 4% BF on a 10week cycle of Tren E 400mg/wk and Test E 750/wk. with a desk job and no extra cardio.
 
Thanks role model. I will do my best to add tren on my next cyle. This is the first desk job I've ever had. Great if you are bulking but hate the bodyfat.

[well the AAS will only be a temporary solution. Really it boils down to you altering your diet or finding time to increase your cardio. No magic pill. dude get a new job! unless your making madd money i wouldnt sit on my ass all day in front of a pc!
