Hey! We request this info, because we have replaced some trackings due to couriers technical error.

Please note that it is completely normal for some regions that there is no update within 10 days. The package does not sit in the warehouse, it is the first phase of shipping where parcel moves through several logistics locations, but for some regions tracking numbers are updated faster without any delays.
 
This is normal? This is the first and last update I've received. I’ve been asking about the tracking, but after getting nothing but “This is normal” and “Nothing to worry about,” I gave up and will let 45 days pass. All you keep telling me is to contact you again next week without really having any answers.

So you're saying you having replaced a couple tracking numbers means no products a month after payment with no followup is fine. Okay.

Send the packages, you yapping about random shipping facts doesn't resolve the problem. Send them their packages or refund the order. Noone's going to order if you handle literally not sending orders this way.

You still just replying to me instead of working on those packages is icing on top, you could've atleast TOLD them (us) you're working on it smh. You don't seem to recognize an issue with not delivering payed orders.

Fucker just asked the guy for (btw changed since) tracking number, affter multiple entire conversations with them on the topic. This is the effort they advertise. Imagine the one you actually get.

Because DeusChem are just dropshippers. All dropshippers from DeusMedicals are trash. I don’t understand why the fucking warehouse in Latvia doesn’t handle this shit themselves. The guy from DeusChem who’s supposed to look into it just gives copy-paste answers and knows just as much as we do: dick. We are talking about eu domestics here. This is crazy
 
I just checked out the other Deus thread, and it's a shit show too.

Put the dumplings down and get it together. Start addressing the warehouse issues instead of just giving generic responses. It honestly seems like all you're focused on is taking the money and then offering excuse after excuse.

Hey!

The delays are due to some unprecedent issues we encountered. For safety reasons we change shipping partners occasionally and some work faster than the alternatives. There are periods of time where shipping runs smoothly and we have fast dispatches from the dispatch countries and there are periods of time where we run into significant delays.

Also, parcels are collected in batches. The batches aren't always consecutive in order of dates. They get mixed up and sent out with different services on different dates.

We can assure you, when issues like these arise, we do our best to manage and change what we can to avoid these situations in the future. We can only ask for a bit more patience and understanding to deal with the delays and hopefully in a few weeks time we will back to our regular speed of service.
