I am posting this just for the rest of you to be aware of what's currently going on. And to take it as a cautionary tale.
I have already done a few orders with DeusChem and the order arrived every time. I was pleased with the products.
However, since November things have been...shaky. Some Astera products were back in stock, the Black Friday sale was ongoing...so I made a new order from the Astera warehouse.
Tracking was received on November 28. Since then the tracking number never activated. Now if I put it on DHL tracker it shows as invalid. I contacted their support 2 weeks after I got the tracking number and got 30% compensation in points and was asked to be a little patient as there can be delays. It's okay, I understand. Eventually Christmas comes. New Year. I reach back. Am told to keep on waiting. I found the telegram support rather condescending compared to email support.
Also, 2 days ago I was told by support on email that I still have to wait yet 1h afterwards I received an email from the orders@deuschem being asked for a new name and address for the reship. Which is problematic of course (as let's be honest, that's not quite clear when you make the order and whatnot). I did provide those and am still awaiting a reship. As of today 41 days have passed since I received the tracking number and 47 since I paid.
I also made another order in December (to use the reward points + benefit from the Christmas sale), this time from the Deus warehouse, which also had the same issue: tracking number hasn't been activated in 2 weeks (received it Dec 23), yet here I do understand as it was in full holiday season.
I do see more and more people claiming this kind of issue, especially with the Astera warehouse for the November orders. Some with orders even before the BF sale. So although I did trust them as my previous orders came through, this time with each passing day I feel like there is something def.fishy going on.
That being said I am still waiting for the reship. As soon as I finally get my items I will edit this review. But for now- be aware. You might end up in a situation like mine. Let's see if Deus delivers. I would be more than happy to make orders with them again if they sort out this situation correctly.
