If you check the Telegram channel & Reddit there are so many with orders from November & early December where the tracking doesn't work. As it's been over 7 weeks it's truly unacceptable. I am looking forward from Deus to an answer as to what is actually going on regarding ALL these cases. As I've said, I've had previous successful orders with them, but this time they've cross the line. I know they don't do refunds unless it's a special case but honestly I'm so fed up that I would rather have a refund than a fictionary reship. Either way let's see if things change next weekend.
Had the same issue 2x but only that the tracking didnt work. The First Package took about 3-4 Weeks and the second less than 7days

Hey! Unfortunately, several of our logistics partners were working only partly the last few weeks as were we, that's why longer delays are expected for all our parcels, I'm afraid, all orders without an updates are still in transit however and should activate this week probably - some parcel already activated on friday last week. Also, for some locations delivery it quite fast and without delays, hope that it will come back to normal for all other locations. Unfortunately, for December, this is what we expect.
