Ok guys Im almost done with my diet (four weeks left) so Im getting things ready for the next 12 mons of bulking. I was wondering how much weight do you think a guy can put on by using DFHT and 5X5's changing every 3 mons with the correct amount of food, water and rest? Im shooting for any where in between 30-40lbs. I'll weight about 205-200lbs once my diet is over.
