Dianabol and Anavar Cycle for a first timer

Hello Boyz,

After quite a bit of research, I still feel a some what confused and I'd really appreciate some advice on how to properly go through my first cycle.

I'm 34yo, 5'11, about 180lbs and been hitting the gym for a bit over a year and a half. I'm not exactly sure what's my body fat so I've attached a picture.

My goals are:
1. To gain some lean muscle mass, hopefully around the 10lbs.
2. Cut some of my body fat.
3. Increase strength.

The reasons I'm considering cycling with Dianabol and Anavar:
1. To have both, andro and estro.
2. Dianabol will help me gain lean muscle while Anavar will help me cut.
3. Both can be consumed orally (injections scare the crap out of me).
4. Relatively short cycle of only 6 weeks.

My questions are:
1. What dosage should I use?
2. Due to the short half life of both( anavar and dianabol) when consumed orally, should I be splitting the suggested dosage and consuming twice a day? or...?
3. To use HCG in the PCT or SERMS should do?
4. What should be my general diet guidelines during the cycle?
5. What should be my general diet guidelines during the PCT?
6. Pros and cons of this stack.
7. Alternatives.

Any information, suggestions, opinions, considerations, links to research/article will be very appreciated.

"Quite a bit of research" I can not believe you said that. If you had done any research you'd know that you don't do oral only cycles. Especially two Orals at the same time. You also lack some serious knowledge in nutrition and training and aren't ready for any PED
 
I literally had 0 knowledge when I've started looking into it few weeks ago but I guess its all about how you defined the term "quite a bit".

I'm aware of the risks when it comes to oral consumption and I understand that its not the ideal but to my defense, liver is pretty good at regenerating.

Now, I came here to get some help and advice not to get trash talked. I'm open to criticism but please keep it scientific as much as possible.

No I don't and that's exactly why I'm here! I'm not saying that my findings are accurate or even correct, I'm just giving my reasons for coming up with them. I need your help to figure out what to do and how to do it as I dont wanna fuck my self up.

If you will tell me that I should buy a treadmill or go back to the gym for another year before doing a cycle and will back it up with facts, I will strongly consider your advice, in accordance with all other facts of course but still will definitely consider.

I'm not claiming to know everything or anything. I'm here just to get some freaking guidance.
 
If you're scared to pin a 25g needle then this lifestyle choice is not for you !! What happens if you run an oral only cycle and don't recover, then your only option to maintain test levels is to pin every single week for the rest of your life. Get over pinning or don't cycle!!
If you do it right you won't even feel it lol

Alternatively, your goals of cutting bf can be reached entirely through diet and training. I would suggest dialing in your diet, cutting down to the bf that you are happy with, and then from there reconsider cycling solely for the purpose of putting on lean mass. This way once you gain the lean mass you will already be cut and defined.
 
Spend at least another year dedicated to training and nutrition. Count every calorie in and calculate how much is going out. Devolop a solid training regiment that proves results. Read here for that full year we are more then a steroid board and most of the good advice is in the nutrition and training section and some good laughs in the general discussion portion. If your wanting me to get scientific facts for all this information I'm not going to, why? Because I do know a thing or two now and don't have every article I've read lined up to be posted at a whim because someone doesn't believe solid advice because of lack of scientific articles to back it up. If you're smart enough you can distinguish what's good advice and what's not.
 
You need to spend all of your free time researching nutrition and training programs. Don't waste your time or money on an oral only cycle, your not ready anyways

You might like this place Evolutionary.org a lot more. They give really shitty advice and will support your cycling, except you will need HCGenerate, N2GUARD and a SARM to join.

If you want real results, that you will ideally keep a lot of, consider listening to my friends above and incorporating testosterone into your cycle.

Just so you know, my picture maybe doesn't looks like much but it took me a lot of work to get to this. I've lost over 40lbs in a year and a half through cardio, proper nutrition and working out.

Maybe you're right, maybe I shouldn't cycle for another year but I still would like to get answers for my questions.
 
Well to answer your question would be redundant and against what we would advise.

Don't do an oral only cycle. When your ready to incorporate testosterone, then come back with a different set of questions.

I'm not discretting were you are right now everyone is on a journey and at different chapters in the book, so good job on how far you've come man. But you've got to learn more and keep training until you've reached a point of pleateau and a real pleateau not just "this is hard" kinda thing. Stick around and learn from everything in the other sections of the board. You're going to be able to answer all of your own questions in the coming months if you read enough and will come to realize how silly the thought of a 2 oral only cycle is and be glad you didn't do it.

I'll answer your questions. Only because by informing you of what will come of this cycle will hopefully persuade you to rethink it.


1. What dosage should I use?
Dbol is commonly used in a 20-50mg dose
Anavar seems to be in the same range, 20-50mg per day
2. Due to the short half life of both( anavar and dianabol) when consumed orally, should I be splitting the suggested dosage and consuming twice a day? or...?
This won't make much a difference, but many prefer split dosages. One dose in the morning and one pre workout is common.
3. To use HCG in the PCT or SERMS should do?
HCG is used on cycle, not during pct. SERMs will be used during PCT to help restart HPTA. Clomid and or nolvadex.
4. What should be my general diet guidelines during the cycle?
You should diet according to your goals.
5. What should be my general diet guidelines during the PCT?
You should diet according to your goals, though I like to be extra protein aggressive in pct to hold as much muscle as possible.
6. Pros and cons of this stack.
Pros- 6 weeks of temporary strength and muscle gain
Cons-shutting down natty test, not replacing with exogenous test, potential to feel like shit without test, potential to run into libido issues, probably lose 90% of any gains made if not all of them, a lot of stress on the liver
7. Alternatives.
Test e or c 500mg/wk for 12 weeks.

I see a lot more cons than pros. Big ones too.
 
Test only first ever cycle imo.if u eat 5 foods and 1 gives u food poisoning,how the fuck u know which 1 did it?same theory applies.once u run a test cycle u will better know how your body reacts to test or adex etc.u dig bro?
 
I'd recommend u take advantage of all the good threads and forums here,read like you've never read before....and then post the proper cycle for people to critique.thats my honest recommendation
