Dianabol,Sustanon,Deca Cycle No Gains

Hello i am new here

My cycle
1-4 dianabol 30 ED
1-10 Deca 400mg per Week
1-12 Sustanon 500mg per Week

Now i am at the 6th Week and i didnt seen any weight gains
just 2 kilo and
more strength

My diet

380 protein
160 carbs
80 fats

Any one can help

Get that protein going every 2 hours 30+G

Carbs depending on size you wanna be hitting 550

"Oats" "Brown Rice" "Brown Pasta" "Weetabix" "Shredded Wheat" Is what I have

By doing the above I have gained nearly 2 stone in weight in 8 weeks
 
no i am not on diet just i don't want to put on fat
that's why so little carbs
i eat every 3 hours 40g + protein
oh i forget to say that the injections they are painful
almost all of them

What brand of gear you running?
 
Diet or not, you are still not seeing the gains you expected. I have never known anyone to run a stack like you are and not make gains.

I think the problem is more than your diet. I can understand not wanting to put on fat, but your carbs are too low, and it sounds like there is a problem with your gear.

Especially the Dbol. I can see the deca taking a bit (more like 2 weeks, not 6) and sustanon sometimes takes a bit to really pop (once again, not 6 weeks).

I train 5-6 per week 2 muscle groups
6-8 hours sleeping
Super set , drop set everything pretty hard

At first 4 week i was sweating like crazy on my sleep and i lose some fat
And had some pump too
at the 6 week i felt my pump goes way

Last year was my first cycle testo+deca
8-10 weeks
and i gain 10 kilo

You're not eating enough. Increase daily calories if you want to go up in scale weight.

Your gear could be shit too. I would expect a pretty decent increase in scale weight from just water alone with some of the compounds you are taking.
