i do the same. IM. 27g. 1/2". .4 ml - 2x/wk.

I am at 150mg for TRT, I only fill the slinpins 1/4 of the way. Don't even need to backload with this dosage, the syringe just takes a minute to draw. I pin shallow IM (as deep as I can get a 29g 1/2 inch pin) into my delts.
