28 years old. Was 6’ 215 and about 8-12% BF. Close if not there. Biggest issue once I started was my strength exploded and I got too strong too fast eclipsing my tendon’s ability to keep up.Curious to know how many people waited on their natty potential to start or who just sent it? Any crazy stories of your first introduction to gear? I see a lot of confliction between people who wait and who don't but overall all the transformations seem to be epic when diet, training and supps are on point. I am 31 been lifting consistenly for almost 3 yeasrs after a 10 year break due to drugs and alchol. Trying to stay natural as long as possibe but recent lab work suggested lower T and if they want to TRT me might as well blast.
Had to back up and learn to lift better years later. Guys like Fred Bolt at Westside Barbell helped. Of course back then focus was on ego lifting and powerlifting while trying to be a bodybuilder.
**facepalm**
Like others, I looked like I was on gear to people who didn’t really know what to look for. So got asked all the time what “supplements” I was using.
Now kids at Planet Fitness desk straight up ask me if I’m on gear. Jesus I can’t believe half the younger generations have teeth still.
