Diet help por favor

Looking for some fine tuning as far as my diet goes. I am currently at 14% bf 6'2" 195 lbs. I will be running a bulking cycle fairly soon. Before then however, I would like to cut down to approximately 10% bf, while maintaining the muscle I already have. I've been doing a lot of research on this and I even asked BB for his help, but I don't believe that he saw the PM yet. I know I need to cut out ALL forms of sugar; thats a given. However I'm fairly unsure of what to do regarding overall carb intake. If someone could please provide me with a cutting diet to run until I hit this cycle I would be very appreciative.

For my cycle, I will be running:
250mg Sust 2x weekly for 10 weeks
10mg Dbol 3x daily for the first 4 weeks
Adex .5 mg EOD
I have my PCT and HCG dosing completely figured out already.

This is a diet I have formulated for the bulking cylce, and I know that it is farm from perfect:

Meal 1: breakfast
-5 egg whites with 1/2 avocado
-1/4 orange bell pepper
-basil
-1/2 chicken breast

Meal 2:
-1/2 cup oatmeal
-1/3 bag of carrots

Meal 3:

-23 almonds (1 ounce)
-1 yogurt

Meal 4:
-Apple

Meal 5:
-Serious Mass (1 scoop with 12 ounces water) This is 625 calories, 126g carbs, 25g protein

Meal 6:
-Turkey Sandwhich with avocado on wheat bread

Pre-workout: (24 ml H2O)
-2 tsps creatine
-2 scoops volumizer

WORKOUT (eat 1/2 cup of brown rice before)

PWO:
-2 scoop Pro Complex (60g protein, 5g carbs)
-2 tsps Fructose
-1 tsp Creatine

Wait 45 mins:
-apple
-1 cup berries

Dinner: 1 Chicken Breast
1 cup brown rice
1 cup veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, spinach,)

Before Bed:
1 Scoop Serious Mass

Please please please critique my bulking diet as well as help me formulate a cutting one for before the cycle. I am very serious about my body; as such I have no problem eating exactly what I am told and upholding that 24/7. I look forward to the responses. Thank you.
