Hey guys, I have a method I’ve developed for people I know who are just getting into gear and plan on coming off cycle with pct. I started the same way everyone does and I still hear everyone recommend the same cycle. 12 weeks of 500 test cyp. Preferably running HCG the whole thing or blasting prior to PCT with 4 week of clomid and or nolvadex. I did this my first few cycles and lost everything after pct and it didn’t take many cycles before my natural levels were below 300.
After 10 years of experience and research I’ve come to the conclusion that taking anavar with HCG as a base followed by clomid and adex is a great alternative to the standard begginer cycle for long term gains and an easy PCT.
The cycle is structured as such
Week 1-6
30mg anavar
500 HCG EOD
.5 adex 2x week if needed
Week 5-9
25mg clomid ED
.5 mg 2x week
Week 1-9
1000mg TUDCA
1200mg omega 3
1000mg NAC
The Idea behind this cycle is that anavar at low dose isn’t harsh on the liver or shutting you down. Using HCG as a base minimizes HPTA shut down and would provide a sufficient base level of testosterone and estrogen. As anavar is short acting the cycle begins to work much faster than long water test so by week 6 you will have gained the majority of the muscle you would over a 12 week test only cycle. I find the gains from test take about 4 weeks to show and level off around week 10 unless you taper up. Which is about 6 weeks of actual progress. This is based off 500Mg only. Using this cycle also lets you start PCT right away and clomid/ adex is commonly used as an alternative to TRT where I’ve seen many friends reach 1000. You would run the pct right into another 6 week cycle and repeat this year round. 6 weeks on 4 weeks off. Over the course of a year you should keep more muscle because your recovery is so rapid and you’re never fully shut down. You should maintain HPTA function keeping the cycles so short and giving the body so many options to recover from a cycle that never shut them down. I see no issue with being on “something” year round when drs prescribe clomid/adex year round. This can be used as blast and cruise cycle for this form of TRT.
What are your thoughts on this? I’m looking for opinions and experiences for conversion not an argument. This is purely for conversation so please don’t be rude. I’m not saying this is the best thing ever or that 500 for 12 weeks is a bad thing. Just from my experience this seems to work very well. Obviously one needs to keep an eye on bloodwork and liver function. This could also be used for sarms for 8 week on 4 off for even less shut down in some cases. Has anyone else tried this method or something similar?
