I plan to run DNP at 600 mg a day for 10 days,

Supplements
Electrolytes
Antioxidants
200 mg of Test E
Letrozole 2.5 mg eod

Diet
1500 calories a day this will be a keto diet, unless carb cravings get out of hand then will add carbs.

Exercise
I plan to workout 5 4-days a week. Nothing too heavy. 45 min of cardio and 30 min weight lifting mainly to stretch muscles and burn calories.

6'-1" 251.5
Starting weight 251.5 lbs. About 23% according to fat calipers not very accurate but good enough, any suggestions on a better way to measure fat would be appretiated.


Day 1
Starting weight was 251.5
Calories 1400
I kept the calories at around 1400 which consisted of salads, protein shake and a slice of pizza.
Workout included 30 min of light cardio and 35 min of moderately heavy weight lifting.
Sides included a lot of sweat but could be due to the fact that outside temp is 82 degrees, for me is hot. Actually feel strong. Kinda bloated due to high estrogen 99 ng from previous cycle taking Letrozole, but as far as DNP very little to no side effects.

Day 2
Weight 248.1
Today is day 2
Workout included
No Sides, except woke up in pool of sweat.
Today's temperature 85 degrees.
Morning weight was 248.1 so that's a total loss of 3.4 lbs. This is surprising, but I'm guessing that part of that is water weight maybe 1 lb of fat.
Unfortunately, I don't have an accurate way of testing this since I'm using fat calipers to me sure body composition. I know in my city there's a company called dexa fit which is like the body pod thing, and it's supposed to be very accurate to tell you what your body composition really is. I might use in next cycle.

Feel free to comment, any informed feedback is welcomed.
 
Have you done DNP before? because isnt it advisable to work you way upto 600mg

Yhea, I've done it before. The usual protocol is to frontload 600 or more on the first day to get rid of the glycogen. Then you go back down to 200 mg and work your way up to your desired dosage ie 600mg. Im a big guy and seem to have a high tolerance to DNP so my plan is to start at 600 and continue all the way through. I think with the accumulation, a 600 mg dose will turn into 1600 mg, I think. It's a little extreme but I will stop immediately if any negative sides occur.
 
but with that accumulation and the cardio, how are you holding up?

Calories are hella low it seems like for 250 lbs. I'm 6'2 245 and cutting on 2300 calories.

It would appear you want this hella bad, but then I look at your day 1 diet and you're eating pizza haha.

I'm in to watch as I'm eager to learn a ton of DNP and see results. Please post before photos

Yhea it was one pizza slice from my friends restaurant. I figured I'd indulged for one day before I hit it hard, no more junk food thought. I always wondered how people would loose a pound of fat a day on dnp so this is why I'm taking this challenge, 1 lb of fat a day. In order for me to do this I need to be consuming 1500 calories a day. I spoke to a doctor and was told that at 1500 calories I would not have negative repercussions on my metabolism. So 1500 is the least I would ever go.

Wouldn't rather go with the max you can get away with for 1lb a day? I dont anything about this drug outside it being hella dangerous tho, so by all means 1500 cals to be the way to go.

Just feel like whatever's lost on a crash diet of that few calories will return with vengeance when you eat normal in 10 days

My workouts are deceivingly strong, not sure if it's adrenalin. Heat is the biggest enemy, and If it means anything Im in air conditioned rooms all day, and live in SF which will be cooling down this week. Im not too worried since I've done dnp before and had very little sides in the past, doesn't mean I won't be very careful though. At my size 600 mg is not as scary as people would think.

True, I've made that mistake before and the rebound effect was insane. I couldn't stop eating carbs. I'm debating whether or not to use T3 which would help. Also I have some modafinal, which helps me work better and kills any appetite.
 
My body temperature is at 98.3. I'm not sure if body temperature is the best way to make sure you body is healthy while on DNP because I've heard mixed reviews. Does anyone know what's the best way to monitor your health while on DNP ie blood pressure, temp or t3 levels. ??
 
Are you mad mate, what if some scrawny teen picked up this thread and decided to go 600 per day. People has been hospitalized and had to remove burnt muscle tissue at that dosage.

If you are able to hold 600, good for you, but if you have half a brain, go back an caveat that 600 mg statement you have. Please.

Losing 3.4 lbs has nothing to do with losing water - you gain water the first days on DNP, so you are dropping fat mate, and muscle too if you don't try to avoid turning catabolic.

Play safe, add light cardio to your DNP run and see it taken to a next level.

The reason I think it's water weight is because I'm also taking letrozole, but I guess in one day letro is not going to get rid of 3 lbs. A lot of people are recommendingredients I lower the dose so I will bring it back down to 200 mg and bring it up to 400 mg max.

Hang on. You are doing 200 test. Is that daily or weekly and when did you start?

Letro is an aromatising inhibitator, preventing the test to convert to estrogen, which again prevents test-induced water retention.

If you do letro to prevent bloating from DNP, you've misunderstood or been misinformed. Letro only works to fight aromatising anabolic steroids.

If you do 200 test per week, you won't need letro at all. Daily yes.

I know that letro in not a diuretic. Im taking letrozole because I'm finishing up a cycle where my Estrogen was at 99. The reason I'm still on the test is because I'm not going to start pct until late I get bloods from the letrozole or pharma grade, since the letrozole I got was from a research company called blueskypeptides and I'm doing blood to see if it's legit. Im still placing an order on reliablerx to make sure I have pharma grade. BTW if you know of a good domestic source for pct stuff let me know.

This means that ive lost 2.6 calories yesterday for a total of 6 lbs in 3 days.

Workout 60 min of very light cardio
Consisting mainly of grilled chicken salads, ground beef and protein shake.

This time sides where very notacible. Last night was impossible to fall asleep because of the extreme heat and nonstop sweating. Lethargy is starting to set in a little and carb craving.
At the advice of some ive decided to lower the dose, so today I brought it back down to 200 mg. Eventually I plan to bring the dose to 400mg and keep it there barring any significant sides.

This means that I lost a total of 5.8 in one day and a total of 11.4 pounds in four days ! This is crazy.

Since I took 200 mg yesterday and was in ac allday the heat was nowhere near unbearable. Im still sweating like a hooker in church but as long as you keep yourself cool and hydrated youl be ok. The lethargy came in the morning and am feeling extremly energetic at night.
Im mainly noticing the fat loss in the arms , face and legs. The cravings arent to bad today.

Weight 238.3
1.4 lbs lost yesterday and a total of 13.2 lbs in 5 days. Based on how many lbs I was loosing a day, 1.4 lbs doesnt sound very impressive. I think thats due to the 200mg dose a few days ago.
Todays dose was 400 mg.
Calories 1480
Chicken, salad, beef and plenty of water.
I drank some energy drinks and my energy levels where a 4 out of 10. The lethargy is starting to get me a little, and in need of my second wind.
Workout 60 min light cardio.
I guess my mindset is "I stay diciplined, I stay disciplined". Robocop voice.
 
You are drawing water as your body tries to dilute the poison it believes DNP is, so your weight loss will accelerate in a few days when you are maxed up with water.

Just wait until you go off it, and on day 3 or 4 when your water retention wears off, you'll look at yourself in the mirror and go wtf just happened over night.

Enjoy, but be careful, bet your piss is brown by now lol
