Read the log again. One morning I woke up 5 pounds lighter. And kept my strength (power lifter wit a sixpack ambition lol). Since your body gets less efficient in getting to energy on DNP, your workouts can get as much as 2.5 times the normal energy consumption whilst working out....an hour on the treadmill could easily turn into 2500 calories consumed.

Thats the key. I was mainly focused on maintaining my diet, dose and the total metabolic boost as compared to basal basal metabolic rate. One thing I noticed is that my workouts werent that bad heatwise. I didnt go to hard at the advice of some. So on my next cycle im going to make the best of it by maximising my workouts, and taking advantage of the winter months. That tip with the Sibutramine will deff be in my next cycle, cravings where messing with me at the end.
 
I just read that hardcore log you did. Heavy shit man. Its funny that mid log you tell the fuckers that DNP is not catabolic. You went from. 215 to 210 in a day, thats dedication bro.

Day 13 Post Cycle

So its been 13 days from my last DNP dose and wanted to update on post cycle fat loss and rebound.

Current stats
Weight 234.3
Calories 3000
Total weight lost 17.2 lbs

After the last dose of DNP carb craving where brutal and gained a couple pounds, but not much compared to the total loss. I went back up to 238 and as water weight left the body I went down to 234.3 where Ive remained. The lowest I weighed was 233.2 during cycle. I slowly have increased my calorie intake from 1500 to 3000.

Im planning another cycle in a month.
 
On a side note, I did DNP one time about 7-8 years ago. I thought I researched it to no end, and started on a very careful dose. I ended up getting such a sudden rise in my body temp that I vomited a few times within 20 minutes. Just as I was debating whether or not to dial 911 and what I would say, I noticed my body temp suddenly feel like it was dropping back to normal....guess vomiting helped me get/feel better, like when a dopehead vomits after too much H :P Whether I miscalculated, got a bad batch or my body just rejected it for whatever reason---I NEVER TRIED DNP AGAIN. Please be careful bros

Yhea, DNP is not for everyone, some people react negatively and I dont recommend they take it. Its hard to say how you react to it, and thats why you take a small dose to check for tolerance and obviously your body didnt react well with it. The yellow explosives are dangerous and should be taken with extreme caution and obviously still complications can arise like they did with you.

So the big question, how much actual fat do you think you lost?
 
Yes, im debating on wether or nor I should log my next cycle. Im currently at around 230 so the weight stayed off. I want to go down to 210. Maybe 200 on my next cycle.

Yeah I am at 260 cutting down to 245, mostly fat before my next AAS cycle. Day 8 done, on 600mgs/day and actually not feeling too bad or too many sides. I can def tell I have lost fat, only problem is a feel water logged. I am interested to see the results after I am off a week or two and lose this excess water...
