DNP before or after??

Hey guys,

I'm asking more of an opinion than Anything...

What do you think would be better.. running a decently long cycle at low dose of DNP until you are as lean as you can get/ want.. then right after that cycle jump on AAS such as tren/prop/ mast to get even leaner as well as gain a good amount of lean mass.

I have a lot of experience with DNP so I don't need someone informing about the risks. I know DNP has a pretty awesome anabolic rebound when you stop your cycle so I figured that it would be a perfect thing to do before your cycle.

Please throw in your opinions on the usage of DNP before or after a cycle... not about the dangers of DNP.

I tried 500@10 days and 250@20 days...i had much better results with the latter strategy. With the former I simply could not maintain a calorie deficit because the carb cravings were outrageous. I was able to maintain my deficit with the lower dose longer duration and got excellent results. Felt like absolute dogshit either way. My 2cents worth

How much body fat % did u lose on your dnp cycles?

500/day for 10 days was a total fucking fail for me...i simply couldn't maintain a caloric deficit...carb cravings were off the charts. Netted a 3lb loss post rebound phase. Could have done that with diet alone and been much less fucking miserable.

250/day x 20days netted a 12lb loss and went from 15% to 11% caliper measured post rebound phase. I could not have done that with diet alone.

Honestly I was just as miserable on the lower dose longer duration but I was able to manage a 350 to 500 cal deficit which I executed flawlessly

I ran 40/40/20 for macros
