DNP Cycle advise!

I'll start with stats and current stack:
6', 207, approximately 26%-27% bodyfat
450mg Test and 300 Mast per week
In, and have been in a cut since August. I've barely lost any weight, but I have lost inches, about 4-5 (can't exactly remember my starting measurement) which is what matters to me.

I'd like to see which, if any, of cycles you guys would prefer. Goal is to lose fat, but not so obviously fast.

DNP 125mg/ED for 30 days

DNP 250mg/EOD for 30 days

125mg/ED for 14 days, cycle off, cycle on at 250mg ED

Last thing, OTC Thermo after last dose to help control rebound?
 
@RedRoseActual What is your TDEE and diet? Exercise routine?

Maintenance calories for me is roughly 2,900, which I eat well below. I'm rarely hunger, and when I am, I'm consuming lean ground beef, fish, or protein shakes. I'd say my average daily calorie intake is 2,000-2,200.

I workout for around 2 hours EOD, walking rest between sets. I'm currently focusing on arms as they're my lagging muscle groups. I can build shoulders and chest like mad, arms are so slow. When I work out, I go hard. I warm up slowly and then lift like it's the last lift I'll ever do. I'll take a weight I can only do 6 reps with, shoot for 8.

I work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I normally walk 5-6 miles per day at work, as well as dose a thermo and caffeine, once in morning, once at lunch.

I kept telling myself that I wouldn't try DNP, but I'm tired of my midsection. After a LOT of reading, doses of 100mg-300mg is a low dose and still has a great effect with low sides. That's why I'm considering it.
 
At your weight, you are clinically obese. Go to a weight loss clinic and complain about your incredible hunger. Get some legal phentermine and watch the weight disappear. Why would you mess with DNP when excellent legal options are available to you?

They aren't cheap. DNP is. I'll look into it, but I can always throw DNP in my next order for next to nothing.

Try 50 mg, you will almost instantly feel it. DNP is a very strong drug. Just because there are tons of people that do 200mg+ doesn't mean that you should. You know the pro bodybuilders do 3grams+ of AAS, hGH and insulin. That does NOT mean that you should do it.

Seems like you are working a very stressful schedule. Do you spend any time getting rid of stress?

If you are eating @ -700 then you should be at a 4900 deficit per week which is over a pound of fat that you will be burning. That's great progress! Is it too slow for you?

Fat is distributed across the whole body, so you can't get rid of the midsection part only. It will take its time but let it!

I am sure it took you years to get to this point, everybody is in a hurry huh? :D
 
I would suggest you dont use DNP at all.

At your BF%
Losing weight is VERY easy.

Diet and nutrition should be your go to at this point in your development.

DNP Imho should be used by serious guys who are already low BF.
The funny part?
When guys get really lean and low BF%, many realize you dont need DNP for s solid cut.

Also, if you have lost 4-5 INCHES in 6 months... that means you are recomping.
Which means you are doing a GREAT job and should keep it up!
As opposed to introducing a new and dangerous drug to your stack.

Keep doing what you've been doing brother, streamline your nutrition a little... streamline training a bit.
Add some extra Cardio and you are GTG.

Thank you for your input. I know I'm doing well. I've lost a lot, but I'm stuck. It does matter if I eat more, eat less, fast, thermos, nothing. 41" every week. That's why I planned on a low dose cycle. Nothing extreme. 400-600mg is the recommended doses. I was aiming for 200mg, which anecdotally, is effective without bad sides and still will cause roughly a 5 pound lose per week.
 
Where is your cardio ?? I hope your not training 2 hours doing arms chest back shoulders.

Fuck heavy cardio. I used run miles and miles back in the Military. It does nothing but eat muscle. I do laps between sets. Also, it clearly says a walk 5-6 miles a day at work. I lost nearly 100 lbs several years ago walking 3 miles a day, that's it.

It's taken a while. Started at nearly 300lbs when I was 17, next to no lean mass. Lost a bunch, couldn't build muscle, fluctuated to around 240 with some lean mass at the end of 2018. Lost 40lbs, started lifting seriously, stayed the same weight, but inches were flying off. I've been stuck for a few months.

It's next to impossible to find 50mg caps. The lowest I've found is 100mg. Also, 400mg isn't considered a high dose. A high dose would be 800mg-1g. Besides, I'm planning 125mg-250mg.

And I am in a bit of a hurry. If you knew how long I've fought this and why, you'd understand.
 
Hire a couch cause I’m 99% sure you don’t know what you’re doing and your calories aren’t what you mentioned. your mid section can be lost with diet and exercise but you’re lazy af

Here is the thing. When a bunch of insecure men finally get their hands on Steroids they juice non-stop until they get big like that dude. Then finally they feel like "a man" that's why his avatar is what it is.

Now that he feels like he is a superior man he wants to emasculate other men so he can feel better about himself. It's pathetic and far too common.

You have to do cardio .. I don’t care if you hate it... you walking all day in a prison doesn’t account for it..
My job is a lot more physical than yours .. your lucky all you do is walk ..

Don’t spend your money on a coach .. sounds like your not discipline enough .. I’ll tell you now.. you want that mid section gone.. your diet and training Better be spot on...
