dnp cycle?

What do you guys think/recommend with cycling? Would it be more effective to run it straight through, or cycling something like 10 days on 10 days off. I saw in a couple places some research saying the amount of fat loss isn't as much after a certain amount of time due to the body adapting or something like that.

Anyone? I have used 2x and had great results just dosing all the way through. Just curious if anyone here cycled on/off and would like to share results, thanks
