DNP - Danger signs?

Hello.
So, I'm curious about DNP, and what could danger signs be. I know what it would do at higher dosages (lethargy, and most importantly overheating), but I wonder if there is a point where you'd be able to tell "ok, this is starting to be too much". Obviously you need to "listen to your body", but with these kinds of compounds it may not be easy to understand whether you are being "too cautious and worried over nothing" (which I'm sure plenty of you are already itching to write, "you must be careful, when in doubt scale it down/don't do it to be safe"), or whether you are actually treading into danger territory.

Also: yellow-tinted jizz when on DNP -- is that expected? lol
 
Thanks for replying, the regarding gw501516 helping with glucose control and fatty liver, it seems its alleged carcinogenic, says all organs susceptible
It's a bit more complicated than that, the lowest dose was 45mg (human equivalent) for 2 years straight on genetically modified mice that get cancer that only live for 3 years. So I think taking 10mg which is like the highest dose used in human trials for like 2 months is fine if you need to quickly improve your health markers as it will also help you lose fat and actually make you healthier long term.

Also check out Albuterol it's like Clenbuterol but with a short half life and less side effects it might help. Just in general if you are overweight losing weight will help your condition

What is sourcing like?

My bad DNP experience:
1st lemme clarify that I’ve had many great DNP experiences. Most recently lost 17 lbs over 5 days of using DNP and kept all strength once I carbed back up 5 days after my last DNP dose & let the water clear. This shit is awesome.
I was using powder

the danger: this particular bad run i was using crystal-also my first time using crystal. Whereas prior and now after this, I’ve alway used powder. This experience is exactly why I hate crystal. I was about 7 days in, starting at 200mgs a day and boosting up to 500mgs a day by day7... and I wasn’t feeling shit despite slight lethargy. I kept upping the dose because on powder u feel the shit within a few hours. U know it’s working ASAP! Crystal takes a while for the shit to build up and compound before u start to “feel” the infamous DNP effects: heat, sweat, etc.
So since I wasn’t feeling what I was used to feeling at these dosages I kept increasing thinking the shit was underdosed or bunk. Again this was my first time using crystal opposed to powder which u feel within hours of taking ur first dose.

Day 7: I wake up middle of the night soaked in sweat barely able to breath. Well I could breath but it was very labored. It was like my chest was super fucking heavy. I was so fuckin hot I stood in front of a box fan for 10-15 mins watching YouTube vids on my phone and I could not fucking cool down!!!
It was crazy. I was drinking water & putting ice on my head and still unable to cool. I felt so hot—literally could feel like my entire body was hot. Hard to describe exactly but it was like feeling the sun on my entire body all at once.
So I got into the shower and stood under completely ice cold water for probably 30 mins tbh. I was finally starting to cool down but still had that full body heat feeling. I had no means to check so idk where my Temperature was but it had to be Increased. It was about 3:30 am in the early weeks of November here in the north east so the temperatures are almost always very frigid cold that time of night during that time of year.
So I walked to the gas station by my house in a tank and swim trunks to get Gatorade’s for electrolytes thinking that would help....
I remember waking in the station sweating my ass off at almost 4am and the cashier chick asking me if I was out for a run with a weirdos out look on her face lol
I got my Gatorade’s & v8s and started pounding them. Surprisingly I started to feel better within 20 mins or so if I recal
Correctly.
Walked home starting to feel better while still super fucking lethargic. Put the box fan in the window and slept naked on towels.
The next day I stopped my crystal dose and said fuck this I’m never taking DNP again.

That was about 7-8 DNP cycles ago

No, it doesn't even constitute a fever... I agree. But, it's a signal that if you don't lower your dose or stop the drug entirely - your body temp is going to keep going up until you can't manage it anymore.

I think there might be a common DNP misconception that your body temp goes up with DNP. It certainly can but it's not typical. The human body is really remarkable in the way it can thermoregulate. My body temp, even though my skin might feel hot, is almost always lower than normal with DNP.
How often would you recommend taking your temperature on DNP? Daily? Twice per day? Seems to me like twice per day might be good. Check in the morning and evening.

I think twice a day is overkill but, if you're really hot all the time and want to monitor it for peace of mind... Go for it.

My rule is just to check when I'm feeling hot to make sure my body is still able to rid the heat away as fast as the DNP is creating it. I've never had even a minor rise in body temp, I don't find it necessary to check that often anymore.

You are lucky you didn't end up in the ER or dead. No one should ever increase DNP dosage early in a run because they don't think they are feeling the proper effects. That is a recipe that could end up being a fatal mistake.

yeah, I say if you are feeling fucked and super hot take the temp, doesnt matter if you have taken temp twice or three times already that day. You may just find an alarming number that will tell you to go directly to the ER.
