DnP LOG by a woman

Hey there.I'm new here but I want to share this one with you.

Today I started my second 15 days DNP cycle.

Current Weight: 76,6kg/167lbs

DNP dose: 200mg/day

So today I started my cycle.
When it comes to eating i do high protein and carbs.
Basically protein shakes, chicken and fish. I'm using FDDB to get a daily overview about the carb/protein/fat balance and the calories.

At the gym I did some shoulder and abs training and 25minutes of cardio.Sides today were not really noticeable. Only a little sweating durring cardio.

Supplements I use are Alpha-Lipon Acid, Quercetin and Grape Seed Extract.

I'm gonna post my LOG daily so you can get a good overview about my cycle.

Wondering why you went with DNP? What made you choose that route?

I choose DNP because it works and it works fast. (Of course you have to use it right like drinking enough, don't overdose it, don't take it too long, not too much carbs and so on but in my opinion its the best fatburner you can use)

I informed myself about DNP before I started my first cycle. I know everything about the sides, the half-life, possible problems, recommended dosage,....woldn't have started with it before beeing optimally informed.
