DNP: low dose effectiveness?

Is there a particular dosage threshold that one must acheive for DNP's thermogenic effects to work or is there a simple additive effect? What I'm wondering is if low-dose (200-400mg) DNP use is worth it.
 
Nope. MY last cycle I ran I didn't go over 300mg. I started with 100 mg for a week, bumped it to 200mg for 2 weeks and then 300mg for a week and it was definitely worth it. It kept the sides down which was nice and the weight still came off, just a little slower but I felt it was worth it to not deal with the excessive heat. Still got hot but it wasn't unbearable.
 
I wasn't really counting calories to be honest, I did keep a food log and can share some days if you like. Here is a typical day:
7:30 AM 1 L protein shake, 40G protein, 9 G carbs + tbs peanut butter
8:30 AM ECA, Yohimbine, multi-Vit 200mg DNP, 20mg Nolva
9:00 AM 1.5 L water
10:30 AM RTD 51 shake
12:00 PM 1.5 L water
1:00 PM 8 oz grilled skirt steak + broccoli + 32 oz water w/lemon
1:30 PM ECA, Yohimbine
1:30 PM 32 oz water w/lemon
3:00 PM 1.5 L water
3:30 PM 6 oz chicken breast
4:00 PM 1.5 L water
6:45 PM 7 oz chicken, salad w/ tomato, gorgonzola, walnuts blck olives
7:30 PM 32 oz water w/lemon
8:45 PM 32 oz water w/lemon
9:00 PM serving cashews
10:30 PM RTD 51 shake
 
Energy level was great and my workouts were fine. I limited my cardio since I sweat like a pig while I'm just sitting. I liked the low dose for a longer period better then a high dose for a short period but that's me. I also fine when I am "on" something that my diet and workouts are much better then a regular day, much more strict as far as food and mustering up the energy to get to the gym.
 
i like high dosages way more now. Today is my last day of 600mg/day, i want to run it longer but i have to be outdoors alot in early july so im deciding to stop now and pick up again when i dont have to do anything.


i have been on for 12 days, lost 20 lbs.....20 fuking pounds. The weight just fell off this time, i went a whole week consistently losing 1.5-2lbs a day.

Im 20lbs down rite now, but i look like a fat pregnant women.....my face is so round its ridiculous, i can literally feel how bloated i am. Every cycle is so much different.....sometimes i dont lose any weight till discontinuing dnp, sometimes i dont bloat at all......but these are when im on lower doses.

i cant wait till this bloat falls off, i should be looking pretty damn good. My muscles are so soft rite now aswell, i can squish em.

I ate shitty alot of days too, but dnp easily overcomes this......calories are all that matters on this drug, clean eating is not neccesary , but always a good idea.

the sides got bad a couple nights.....everytime id roll over in bed it would be in an old cold puddle of sweat.....i had to constantly flip pillows....it was pretty nasty. Cant wait to do it all again....if only i didnt bloat so goddamned much, lost 20 looks like i gained 30.....no joke.
 
Just when I thought I had decided :)

Really regret not logging the difference in weightloss from 13days of 400mg vs 600 for 6 days years ago.

I do believe that 600 for 6 days worked better, but then again I could have done more cardio while on 400 aswell.

Actually this may just work itself out with a low dose during a workweek and high dose during a week off from work. Think I will make my order in a few days. :)

400 - 600 and there is a great fatloss difference.....an extra 30% increase on the metabolism. Also an extra 30% increase in sides tho.

still 600 is my favorite dose right now......even during these hot summer days.....its rough but not too intolerable.

dnp > anything else
 
lower doses are always a better idea as they are safer........its hot as fuk where i live so i just stay inside and dont have much of a problem.

600 is just the dose where i can basically eat whatever and still lose that lb a day. I still dont go overboard tho, as to not shortchange the fatloss.

500 is an awesome dose aswell]

play it by ear.....start out at the lowest dose and once weightloss stops, bump it up by the smallest dose u have.....rinse and repeat.
 
If it is a simple a matter of additive thermogenesis, it would seem that 10g of DNP would burn the same amount of calories any way you took it: 1g/day for 10 days, 500mg/day for 20, or whatever. I'm not saying this is the case, but this is what I'm trying to figure out.

I aquired fifty 200mg caps of DNP a while ago and tried a run where I worked up to 800mg/day, but this did not work out due to the type of work I do. I waited about 2 weeks, and started back on 200mg/day, along with clen(~100mcg)/T3(150mcg) and a low carb diet (except for postworkout) at about 300 cals above maintenance. I'm also running 500mg testE and 400mg deca a week and 100mg of trenA EOD. The tren, due to supply limitations, will only be run through the duration of the DNP cycle. I don't know if it's the lower dose of DNP or the adex(1mg EOD), but I'm not holding all that much water. Vascularity is improving, abs are coming in. Weight has actually gone up. For the record, I'm also using pramipexole at 0.5mg/day.

Anyway, will keep yall posted.
