DNP: low dose effectiveness?

Is there a particular dosage threshold that one must acheive for DNP's thermogenic effects to work or is there a simple additive effect? What I'm wondering is if low-dose (200-400mg) DNP use is worth it.
 
Ive ran cycle of 600mg and 400mg a day and although the fatloss was slightly greater at 400mg, the amount of increased sweating DEFINITELY wasn,t worth it.

Forget having sex with 600mg without ruining the sheets... you sweat yellow like a dog in heat, my GF hated it...400mg it was very bearable, even in high heat summers (but with AC to sleep better).

600mg for 15 days works well, if you intend to do 4 weeks at 600mg good luck to you, hope you're either abstinent or aren't the sweating type much!
 
ya at 600mg forget about any social activity, it will just make for awkward situations.....plus drinking is out of the question anyway so going out isnt even close to worth it.

sex- it depends, i had none on dnp dont even want to think about it......breathing heavy just sitting there sweating buckets. That might freak our female counterparts the fuk out.....then again maybe not, just dont plan on getting laid on dnp....afterwards, have a fukin field day.

If you share a bed with someone be courteous and sleep on the couch or in a different bed for the length of the cycle....noone wants to roll over in cold damp ass sheets.

is it worth it? nothing transforms the body as quickly or effectivley as dnp....YES
