DNP + SARMS cutting cycle

So heya everyone. I wanted your opinion on the below DNP (2,4-Dinitrophenol) cutting cycle. Now I know there will be haters and we all get that dnp is bad etc, but please for once don't say shit about how bad it is for you. I simply don't care. This is for info on the cycle, not the meds them selves unless it has to do with combinings.

So first things first the diet:
1800 cals with low carbs (I hear from experienced users of DNP that low carbs will reduce the harshness of the drug)
Im dropping the cals this low because its a short cycle of 10 days ON DNP. Average intake on cutting cycles is 2000 and will resume it that high after the 10 days

Reason why I wanted to include SARMS is to tighten up my muscles (DNP softens them) and shed a little more fat if needed, so cycle length of SARMS may change according to personal body preference. Plus I like the extra veins haha.

Dosages:

DNP at 200mg for 5 days then 400mg for another 5 days (10 days total)

After the 10 days:
S4 at 50mg ED for 8 weeks
Cardarine 20mg ED for 8 weeks.

Now what I want to know:

Should I rather start the SARMS when I start the dnp, but keep the same run lengths?
Are SARMS even necessary? such as will they help or not make a noticeable difference

ONLY comment on the following question If YOU HAVE USED DNP BEFORE:
Will having a low carb diet help reduce the heat side effects? (thinking around 100g carbs ED in the morning (50g) and before workout (50g))

Thats my understanding, just because i want to do it and get opinions on different cycles doesnt mean i will recomend it to others. Please keep to the cycle, NOT THE BAD OF THE MEDS as said before

Don't waste your money.
didnt want to go the roids yet because my next cycle will be just a few weeks after this cutting cycle. I like to spend more time off than on. And I already have the SARMS so thought why not use them with the dnp. I also have clen but i think putting clen and dnp together might be going overboard a bit

i have done two dnp cycles, and started yesterday with my third one. wanted to make a post also for some input :) i think first its always good to know stats of a person to be more precise in what you need.

my stats: 45years old, 96kg/211lbs (was 230lbs 8% before but stopped the gym for a couple of years), 15% fat, 178m/70inches.

first remark; you will always eat more carbs as you probably will eat a lot more veggies instead of rice and stuff, and veggies have carbs to. use an app like myfitnesspal to realy see how much carbs and proteine youre getting

Second; my last dnp cycle; 14 days 600mg/day, 250mg test/week, carnitine, Taurine 1500-3000mg/day, 50mcgr T-3 on the last week but that didnt do much, 800-1000kcal a day, dont know how my prot:carb:fat ratio was but only had oatmeal in the morning and rest only prot and veggies, 4 days/week weights workout, 3 times a week 45 min cardio. The taurine i use against cramps, i get them prety easily like on clen. i lost almost 6kg of fat! but i will not go that low in kcal anymore and that low on carbs i could do nothing for two weeks, only sit on the couch and go to gym. felt completely out of energy. horrible.

third; my current DNP cycle; 14 days, 600mg/day, 1500kcal/day, prot:carbs:fat 60:25:15, 4 meals a day, tourine, carnitine, 400mg test/week. i am not saying this is the best cycle ever, but for me i think this is good at the moment. if people have some input on my cycle i would be happy to hear it!!!

fourth; my advise to you; i wouldnt take much other stuff with dnp besides the taurine and test. dnp is harsh enough as it is. i would upp your dose to 600mg from day 2 or three onwards (i have done 800mg/day also but that was to much for me). i would use 2 weeks minimum and not 10 days; it takes a few days before your fat burning process starts and you have to get into it a bit. in my opinion the first 3 days the dnp has to strart working, your body has to burn glycogeen etc etc.. so if you do 10 days in my opinion its 7 days effetively, thats not worth the efford. i would advice you to use an app to see precisely how much you eat. i think thats very important when on dnp so you know exactly how much kcal you eat and how much carbs so you can adjust to your own results. things you can do agains hunger; put extra fibers in your shakes/meal, drink a bit casein prot shakes and cafeine tabs works for me. oh and dont forget the regular cardio!! :)

Thanks, was a huge help :). Luckily I have Enough dnp i think. Total I have 60 pills that are 100mg each. What cycle would you do in your opinion with the amount I have. Also could possibly add the S4 and cardarine after cycle? or should I wait a bit

The specific statement I made was so you dont say stuff like that in this thread. Its about information I want, not a shuffle of all the bad it can do to you. If you want to know the bad then read any other dnp thread. Keep it specific to the thread.

again i dont know your weight and fat%. as said i would advice 600mg/day for 2 weeks. but if you are only 50kg weight you probably could do with 400mg :) the other stuff that you talk about i have no experience with them so dont know from my own experience how it works with dnp. but dnp is harsh on your system. i mean HARSH!!!! and 600mg will have a big impact on you, so i would experience with much other chemicals next to it. i think if you do 10 days 400mg you would be a bit disapointed with the results in the end. and dont forget to take a bit AAS with it because otherwise you would be destroying muscles tissue also and you only want to burn fat!

Just curious but have you? I havent before but iv seen the results in person with the cutting stacks and it seems to work about as good as a slight step down from clen. so power wise i would say 1st DNP, 2nd Clen, 3rd T3 or SARMS cut stack (not including tren lol). But that's just from what Iv seen and cant vouch for it

Sorry forgot haha, My weight is 80kg first thing in the morning and BF% is around 14-15%
 
you could start 3 days 400mg a day and then 8 days 600mg. do you have clen left? you can otherwise do a week clen and then right after do the dnp. or make sure your glycogeen reserves are already depleted when you start dnp, so for instance first +/- 5 days clen, or go already very low in kcal and carbs and do 1 week loads of cardio and then start dnp.

That would actually make a lot of sense from past threads and things iv researched. Very helpful thank you! I might run the clen for 5 days as I would Like to start soon with the dnp. How long does it take to recover from the last dosage?

from people who have used them, but the proper shit and not the capsule stuff with pro hormones in from china, they have all given it praise. Cardarine especially but i was more thinking to use the S4 to prevent muscle wastage and a little extra strength in the gym
 
if you have clen then i would def do a few days clen first. my former cycle was like that: 1 week clen, 1 week off, 1 week clen, 1 week off, 2 weeks dnp 600mg. in your case you could do 5-7 days clen, low cals, low carbs, cardio, and then after start 400mg dnp for 2-3 days en then go to 600mg/day and see how it goes with you. i use dnp chrystals (di nitro phenolate) and after about 48 hrs the strong sides are gone. but with regular dnp i think it takes a bit longer. and supp with a bit AAS or you loose your muscle tissue and spend time getting them back after.. so then your waisting time.
 
Im recovering now with cardarine
Prop tren cycle energy libido.
If you can believe nothing droped.
They are perfect.
I heard they stack cardarine with s4.

Thing is I didnt want to do AAS as im going to do another bulking cycle not too long after this one with AAS. Its why i wanted to use the S4 to preserve muscle as I hear its really effective and works great in a cutting stack with cardarine, and will pump up my muscles and veins. but im not sure how cardarine or S4 will mix with dnp
