DNP Supercut

Been researching a lot and interested in any anecdotal DNP experiences. I absolutely despise long term dieting because more time shrinking = less time growing and I've always approached dieting in extreme fashions. I overdid my last bulk (first cycle) and managed to clean bulk from 200 to ~275 in 5 months. Pretty much went from skinny bitch to the Incredible Bulk (I'll attach pictures). Then I dieted down to 225 over 3 1/4 months ending up leaner than at the beginning of that bulk just on TRT. I'd like to try a new protocol this this time for the cut though involving DNP. I reckon I can bulk for 24 weeks which will ramp up my metabolism as high as it can go before going to a TRT cruise and adding in DNP, meaning I'll still have anabolics in my system for weeks from the half lives. Based on my research, 250mg a day accumulates to a steady state concentration of 675mg over 6 days which will increase BMR by x1.675 - x2. My BMR currently based off one of those shitty calculators is 2250 (likely hundreds higher) so were talking 3750 - 4500 before accounting for additional energy expenditure. I believe my BMR will increase much more than this because I was not gaining weight at 6000 calories on my previous bulk past 260 and now I'll be heavier while using more anabolics by the end of the bulk so I'm thinking around 4500 - 5250. Then we add the additional energy expenditure so lets estimate additional 2250 calories and the total TDEE is 6750 - 7500kcal. If I ate 3500 calories a day, I'd lose 7 - 8lbs a week while hardly even dieting compared to some of my previous efforts. Plan would be to run 4 weeks straight before dropping it and assessing results. Based on this rough draft, does this sound in line with your experiences on DNP? Please feel free to add any relevant info, stories, or advice (or call me a retard).

I like to do extreme deficits for like 1-2 weeks and then return to a standard 1k deficit for a few weeks before repeating. Feel like DNP would be absolutely perfect in this situation. I was doing PSMF eating about ~1300 calories from 250 P, 20 F, 30 C and it really works but obviously it's tough mentally but worth the reward.

Now I'm thinking I could do a week of 250mg/day DNP every 8 weeks on the bulk and be leaner at the end using this formula and also maintain my metabolism. I lose ~7 lbs a week on PSMF so DNP would add 60-90% to my BMR meaning roughly another 5lbs a week. That could be a total game changer and I like a lot of the other benefits of DNP at lower doses. Would do the first week seeing how I handle 250mg as it builds up to it's full concentration over 6 days and if I handle it fine I could do 250mg AM & PM on day one to get to 500mg instantly which will hasten the time to get full concentration.

So you mentioned your bloodwork being off, do you know why that is? I haven't heard of something like this unless it was just temporary. Liver enzymes being elevated wouldn't surprise me because the liver has to convert fat to ketones but your kidneys are a lot more concerning. Did you get severely dehydrated by any chance or maybe even rhabdo? Also, did your bloodwork improve after cessation
Likely was due to dehydration. I didn’t feel like I was dehydrated or thirsty on DNP but you definitely need to keep the water intake on point and take minerals.
 
The first and only time I've ran DNP was at 250mg a day for 8 days after cutting with just t3 and ephedrine. Kind of hit a sticking point the last 2 seeks of the 8 weeks I had been doing just a deficit. I dropped 4lbs in 8 days of DNP at 250mg. Ideally I would run 200mg a day for a little longer, 10-14 days, but my source only had intervals of 125mg. I didn't have anything too awfully unbearable. The usual sweating easier, got really fuckin hungry (will run a glp1 alongside it next time) and a little bit of lethargy but not bad enough to really impact well being. Also sleep was really shitty.

i included pics from the beginning of the cut, the first day of DNP and then the day after my last dose. Also i was using 12.5mcg of t3 with the DNP.

Planning on using it at the start of my next cut and seeing if that has a better effect for getting the most fat loss out of it.

Very good results! I can totally see DNP being a godsend at the end of a cut.

I'm actually gonna start this "Supercut" once my stuff arrives for it and do it in the midst of my bulk. From what I've read, I've decided to add semaglutide and T3 to the plans. Will eventually update the thread with the results but thinking I'm just gonna see what's possible for future reference. Will do 25mcg T3, 200-300 DNP, and .5-1mg sema combined with ~1200 calories a day from 250g protein and trace fats and carbs. Gonna nuke my appetite with the sema and drink a bunch of electrolyte filled water and see if I can actually lose 10lbs of fat a week as I've predicted for 4 weeks. Should be interesting to see if that's possible.

That's another thing I forgot to mention. The only carbs I was eating were from vegetables. The few times I did eat a meal with carbs I absolutely dumped sweat. Carbs will spike your body temperature so keep them low.
