Ive been on and off Running 2 week cycles of 200 mg eod of DNP Along with intense cardio ed. thst has given me great results about 9 pounds. I really dont feel many sides at all to tell the truth. The only discomfort i really felt was nigth sweats. Does anybody whose experimented with low dose DNP for long periods of time know how to take the doses so you dont feel the night sweats so much? Its really discomforting and after a while it does disrupt sleep a little bit. Any help would be appreciated. Ihave read up alot on the search feature, but no real straigth up answers that help.

Try taking your DNP first thing in the morning, although DNP has a long half life most people feel a peak in the heat about 1-2 hours after they swallow their cap. Also don't eat carbs for several hours before bed as that will also make you burn hotter. Other than that your best bet is a fan or some A/C blowing on you.

Agree with Mr H. I used 200mg first thing in the morning and if I delayed, only then did I have alot of night sweats. The earlier the better so take it when first waking. Pup
