Do any of you count calories?

As per title, do any of you count calories? Ive been counting them for a couple of years but I am seriously burned out nowadays. I really cannot do it anymore. What is your take?
 
I make a meal plan and stick to it. Yes i eat almost the same shit every fucking day. But i get results and i have learned my body somewhat. It sucks yes but they make apps for phones that you put it in and it counts and does it all for you. Just some food for thought. ....ha food . :-)
 
That is what I do man. Ive been doing it for 5 years.. I just cannot keep doing it. It fucks up my social life as I have to constantly think about macros etc.
 
I have no social life just a girl im seeing and she wants me to train her to. So she eats like i do just half as much. Lol
 
My issue is that I eat to little. I am on 700mg tren ace and 125mg test with 250iu HCG eod and I eat very low calories (2500) while training like a mad man and breaking prs every week.
 
I eat when hungry. Really.
When I'm bulking, of course I have a set amount of protein I will hit daily. But if my body doesn't want anything else, than I won't eat.

When cutting, I just don't eat as much. If i'm hungry I don't eat.
 
Myfitnesspal app... iphones and droids have it. Barcode scanner and it can remember recently used meals so u dont have to look it up/scan. Keeps track of macros n micros. I prefer the pie chart however there are more detailed (boring?) Options.

Its free. However if u do get premium(blasted capitalism) it just gets easier n easier.
 
Yea of course ..
sometimes I read labels to my tv diners and chicken pot pies while eating them but only when there is nothing good on cable

I no longer count calories. I track my food in weight, if eating day by day... With meal prep its the same thing and I normally do, but its the exact same macros each meal so there is no need to count.
 
I'm another MFP addict. I use it all the time, but that doesn't mean if my friends are going out for dinner and drinks and it sounds like a fun time to me, that I'll skip it and just sit at home eating brown rice and chicken. I think that's where you are having trouble OP, track your macros and eat right the majority of the time but don't let it interfere with living LIFE!
