Like sleeping pills, anti-depressents, anti-anxietys, does anyone just take TRT? I heard there are side effects of most TRT that you will need other drugs to counter them

Usually depression, anxiety and self esteem are helped immensely by TRT. TRT can also increase your metabolism to some degree. Some of the medications you're currently taking may be affected. Several people on long term benzo therapy(like valium) had a decrease in their blood levels. This could cause anxiety as the body adjusts.

If you're getting anxiety and or an increased heart rate 24-48 hours after a shot you might need to break the shots into smaller divided dosages or even have your dose reduced a little. Make sure your E2 is close to the 20-30 range or you can get anxiety if it's too high or low.

trt will help, it helped me but I still don't feel like I should, my estradiol is high. you must make sure ALL of your hormones are in check in order to real get the benefits of trt
