A respectable member contacted me and informed me a DGS customer placed an order over three weeks ago, made donation, and received nothing. Emails have yet to be answered on DGS' behalf. Until this problem is handled in one way or another, DO NOT MAKE A DONATION TO DGS.

I am picturing one our members starting a thread titled "Alert - I got what I ordered" and then typing up a post detailing how they placed an order with a UGL, and the gear labmaxed perfect, the mass spec showed top quality, the pack landed on time, and the user has NOT suffered any infections or adverse health effects.
And then the thread would be filled with members, all in amazement, floored by the fact that ALL OF THE ABOVE actually occurred! One reply after another, they would poor in, and member after member would be delighted to hear this, in complete and utter awe.

THAT would be a bigger surprise these days than someone posting another ugl meltdown.

Everything worked out for me this week. Made an order about a month ago. All was good. Had some issues with some MAJOR pip. Contacted dgs, complained, and he offered free replacement. Replacement came in a very timely fashion. Replacement is smooth as it should be.

Hopefully this is just a little SNAFU.

I also had major pip from his gear. got a little scared. but I just figured it was bad technique. I thought i hit a vein or some tissue damage.
