How much Cialis do you guys use for eod? I'm thinking of using 5-10mg eod recently been having issues with erections cause of stress.

What about 5 or 10 mg ed? Is that safe? Just wanted to get your guys opinions

Not only safe, it's FDA approved for daily use at 2.5mg or 5mg, and studies show lower rates of strokes and heart attacks among men who take it daily:



Also, it just works better for ED as a low dose daily than high dose on demand, which imo is unreliable.

Sides, if any, most commonly nasal congestion, headache, backache, disappear after a month or so.

Tough it out, well worth the results on the other side.

Cialis/telm/met all show massive upsides especially in cardiac health.

I'll add that improvement continues to increase over several months, both for relief of BPH, and ED.

If insurance gives you a hard time, it's only around $5 a month through GoodRx, and usually easy to get a telemedicine prescription for $20-30.

I've been using 10mg daily for about a year now, after a decade at 2.5, then 5.

While that's not an official "daily" dose, the FDA says it's acceptable to take 20mg, on demand for sex, up to once a day, lol,

10mg started as an experiment, everything you take 5mg for got better, after 30 days no sides, and I just decided to stick with it. Surprisingly with my doctors blessing.

Whenever I'm ordering India meds, if the box has fewer than 50 strips(aka 500 tabs) the usual limit for one box, and therefore one shipping charge, I'll "fill it out" with Vidalista 10mg. Though it's really cheap as a US generic, it's even cheaper from India, but mainly, I like the blister packs. Seems to keep them fresher than our ancient bulk filled pharma bottle system.

Nasal congestion is an issue for me even at 5mg. It can even cause me slight headaches (due to the nasal congestion). So that finally goes away with a month of continuous daily use?

10mg daily, started about two months ago. first week or two i had bit stuffy nose but it got away, nothing terrible. lower bp, harder erections but much better pump at gym

Obviously there are exceptions, and it only practical to speak in generalities in a forum like this, but yes, for the vast majority, nasal congestion (and the other sides) dissipate within a month or so.

The sides like nasal congestion are related to increased blood flow, and the TLDR is that after a steady state of Cialis is maintained, there's a "rebalancing" and the small vessels, those feeding the mucous membranes in the nose for instance, will selectively contract back to proper diameter, eliminating the congestion.

I had congestion and (mild) back ache when starting Cialis, which resolved, then had it again each time I titrated, to 5, then 10, and it resolved each of those times. After a month at each dose there were no side effects whatsoever, which is the case for the vast majority. Many get no sides whatsoever, and of course as with every med, a small number can't tolerate it.
