Do you have different macros on rest days?

I try to keep things the same. Hit my target calories and reach over 200g protein, that's when I cruise. When I blast I adjust and then carbs become more important factor. Though I'm not crazy lean, more like ~12% body fat, I try to keep it year round pretty much. It works for me.
 
I have done similar. To get in the calories i want in a week. How much one eats over a week or month will determine weight loss more then just any 1 day.
