It is mostly sodium and hydration! It's driven largely by E2 that controls thirst and sodium appetite at the CNS level, and the solution is an AI.The trick is remain fat and bloated then you will look the same even on 3g of test lol.
I thought it’s already common knowledge that it’s just hydration, sodium and fat levels that cause the puffy look. Even when looking watery, guys on contest shape are never puffy.
Good practical advice bro, that’s itJust don’t eat like a jackass, control estrogen and have an understanding of your own personal mineral retention and you will have 0 issues. Play around with 1.5G water a day and reduce salt intake until you’re face looks normal while still feeling good is my best advice.

It's more common than not @ComancheChief to have significant edema (bloat) from these doses. Not the type that makes you look like a pumpkinhead walking down the street on Halloween, but noticeable to close friends if they haven't seen you since before blasting.
As @xrayphoton13 GH brings a totally next level element to the equation, its direct effect being edema, and retention of minerals and electrolytes, Ca, K, etc. in many tissues.
My face has slowly morphed into that lmao I took pic recently and compared it to one 2 years ago and it’s night and day. When you’re blaming 500mg-1g test for the bloated look… but deep down you know.

So to prevent this noticeable edema on a moderate dose of 500-700mg it’s simply matter of diet and estrogen management? It is mostly sodium and hydration! It's driven largely by E2 that controls thirst and sodium appetite at the CNS level, and the solution is an AI.

Almost entirely yes.So to prevent this noticeable edema on a moderate dose of 500-700mg it’s simply matter of diet and estrogen management?
It’s a SERM, not an AI. Nolva’s good, though I haven’t used it in over a decade, it does block the effects of E2 on the brain and so prevents edema… not because it has AI metabolites or whateverWhat are your thoughts on Nolvadex having AI metabolites that possibly lower serum E2?

i had thought it's only purpose was prevention of gynecomastia.block the effects of E2 on the brain

No, it acts as an ER antagonist in a tissue- and cell- dependent manner, including the hypothalamus and pituitary, hence why it blocks E2 and increases T, and is used for hypogonadism. Can be, though other similar drugs have been viewed more favorably for this like enclomiphene but that’s another tangenri had thought it's only purpose was prevention of gynecomastia.
