Does anyone here NOT get puffy and bloated from 500-1g of test?

I don't get it at all unless I majorly overeat for a few days in a row (5k+ calories). Then I balloon up and gotta diet it back off. I've noticed it's much worse with HGH than without. After experiencing it once on vacation and once at Christmas I refuse to overeat on gear from now on. Scares me too much to be bloated like that. I'm talking 20ish pounds in just a few days. No way that's good.)

The trick is remain fat and bloated then you will look the same even on 3g of test lol.

I thought it’s already common knowledge that it’s just hydration, sodium and fat levels that cause the puffy look. Even when looking watery, guys on contest shape are never puffy.

It is mostly sodium and hydration! It's driven largely by E2 that controls thirst and sodium appetite at the CNS level, and the solution is an AI.

It's more common than not @ComancheChief to have significant edema (bloat) from these doses. Not the type that makes you look like a pumpkinhead walking down the street on Halloween, but noticeable to close friends if they haven't seen you since before blasting.

As @xrayphoton13 GH brings a totally next level element to the equation, its direct effect being edema, and retention of minerals and electrolytes, Ca, K, etc. in many tissues.

What are your thoughts on Nolvadex having AI metabolites that possibly lower serum E2?

So to prevent this noticeable edema on a moderate dose of 500-700mg it’s simply matter of diet and estrogen management?

It’s a SERM, not an AI. Nolva’s good, though I haven’t used it in over a decade, it does block the effects of E2 on the brain and so prevents edema… not because it has AI metabolites or whatever

i had thought it's only purpose was prevention of gynecomastia.
No, it acts as an ER antagonist in a tissue- and cell- dependent manner, including the hypothalamus and pituitary, hence why it blocks E2 and increases T, and is used for hypogonadism. Can be, though other similar drugs have been viewed more favorably for this like enclomiphene but that’s another tangenr

I don’t unless I’m fat, then i get real bloated. Right now on that amount with less body fat, aromatization, BP, BG etc under control even with test and ment (which made me hold a LOT of water before) there is no bloating or moon face.

I’ve only ran 400+ mg of just test a few times. And every time I felt like I looked like a bloated tomato. Even when E2 was only slightly elevated. But when I look back at pics of myself on those cycles I think I look better than I actually felt. There’s a mental aspect to blasting hormones too. Part of using gear I suppose

I’ve gotten very little if no side effects from anything I’ve ever taken. Only time I got a bad side effect was when I did 700mg/700mg TP and TrenA with 15iu a day. I was tired from all the food eating but I was an animal in the gym.
