Does Dr. Scally's Power PCT protocol work? Anyone try Triptorelin? Curious of anyone has recovered to decent levels after a few years on TRT

Not sure what else you’re looking for. His PCT and/or the concepts underpinning it have helped many people recover. HMG has entered the picture a bit heavier since the last I saw his plan, but the plan still works when utilized correctly and assuming you haven’t dug too deep of a hole.

It helps people (the POWER PCT Protocol).

Do NOT mess around with triptorelin, it requires careful pulsing in a clinical setting. If you buy it as a peptide and inject it, I promise you that you will chemically castrate yourself (by this I mean you'll experience a feeling not unlike death for weeks - eventually you will, most likely, recover eugonadal T), like a lot of good bros experienced about a decade ago when triptorelin became the new super-PCT.

I did my version of his power pct , I was on TRT for 5 years at the time and had blasted prior to TRT and during that time as well.

Without finding my notes to confirm I did the following

2500IU HCG EOD for 25 days
20mg nolva for 50 days
50mg clomid for about 20 I stopped as eyes where getting worse
0.5mg adex X 2 a week

I got my test levels back up to 18.8 , prior to TRT I was 8.4 and only got up to 10.2 on HCG / clomid therapy thru a TRT clinic.

It defiantly works , I hopped back on to TRT afterwards as this was for family / fertility reasons to try it out.

It's hard, not fun, both the mental and physical changes that occur once you stop TRT/AAS. That's the short answer IMHO. Whether you were hypogonadal or just B&C NOBODY wants to go back to how they looked/felt before TRT/AAS..that's why folks stay on or do really have assed PCT's before hoping back on.

I remember Rich Piana would come off gear for 4 weeks while blasting 5000 IU of HCG a day and then hop back on, many of his followers did the same and thought they were "off". Sure it's a very mild break but likely most of the compounds haven't cleared at that point and no real recovery has ensued.

I avoided PCT forever as i was 36 when i started my first cycle and figured i wouldn't have kids/test declines with age, so why not stay on? It was great and i have nothing bad to say for people who choose to live the high T life haha. Im currently in week 3 of PCT as im trying to become a dad. Why the mrs. and i waited so long is beyond me but alas we're trying and i stopped TRT to get my fertility back.

So far the reproductive urologist has me on HCG 2500IU 3x/week- 25mg clomid/day. Im adding in nolvadex at 20mg/day to assist once it arrives. I have every intention to get back to TRT one day but looking forward to see if i can recover and recover well at my age after 9 years on. My test was 712ng/dl when i was 35, so im curious to see if im #1 able to recover and #2 get anywhere close to those numbers. Time will tell.

Mentally you just have to ignore the negative emotions that come with getting off and think of the positives. I look at this like a challenge and opportunity. Hopefully if i recover it will give some folks here hope/motivation that its possible.

100%, I've been looking at that. I already started Maca,Rhodesia,Ashwaganda supplement i found on Amazon. Helps with mood and anxiety for sure as im pretty chill. When i tried a restart in 2020 with only clomid i was a nervous wreck. The HCG-Clomid-Nolva and health supplements im running are helping out! Will def give the Fodgia a shot, thank you sir.
