If I inject IGF-1 LR3, will it elevate systemic and local IGF-1 or only one type?
I'm looking for a way to elevate local IGF-1, but I'm not sure how to do it. I'm on 5 IUs HGH a day, which puts me at 5.88 ng/mL (GH) and 250 ng/mL (systemic, not local IGF-1). I don't know if this is related.
Anyway, I heard IGF-1 LR3 binds to IGF-1 receptors in tissues and stimulates the tissues to produce more local IGF-1. Is this true?
Is a 50-80 mcg a day enough?
I also heard a treatment shouldn't not exceed 8 weeks. If this is correct, why?
