And I am not trying to bash you at all. I have been pulling for you. We need more solid domestic options and I thought u were turning into one. Just don't bash customers when there is a bump in the road. No source is perfect and things happen. Just work through it with them. Letting us know he has an issue is not a negative review. Your handling of it can easily turn it into a positive and that is what I'm getting at.
