DomUS update/new prices list/

Comms said he couldn't find anything to show it was shipped and he might have fucked up so he was "reshipping" anyway at this point if there was, tracking can be used to redirect it or return it I believe. We'll see, I'm ok with mistakes happening, but I won't order again. I'll stay off here till Friday. N thanks brothers.
 
Hey @NandroXL your thread ain't looking to hot here. You may want to fix the issues you have going on before this thread spirals out of control. You might want to show your face, I wouldn't be a happy customer if it was me.

Is f... winter..i have 10 inches snow .... my usps is fucked up!!!! Omfg... i replay to all your emails fast.. and you still do drama !!!! No need customers like you... most my customers never ask for tracking...

@NandroXL first off take it easy. Second off it's winter in the US does not delay mail 2 weeks. The guy didn't air you personal shit on here so slow your roll. And from the sounds of it your customer service isn't doing to hot. So you might want to change your approach. If a member is having issues we like to hear about it in a timely fashion.so it doesn't happen to all of us.

And not 2 weeks i do only shipping Monday and Friday..... his first parcel was lost... i know my fault. I deleted to earlier information with tracking nr..and can't checked ..where is parcel... and Monday we do for him free reship tracking he have i email.. ..i checked is working !!! Maybe now he have 2 parcels delivery...1 for free i don't care..but i hate drama like that... i ask him lets talk by email...
 
I JUST CHECKED THE TRACKING U GAVE AGAIN...NO STATUS AVAILABLE. ITS NOT ON THE ROAD. I ASKED IN EMAIL CONFIRM THE TRACKING- NOPE I ASKED CONFIRM DELIVERY ADDRESS YESTERDAY NOPE. I DONT TRUST YOU. U WOULD HAVE BURNED ME IF I WASNT MESO. IM A PROACTIVE ASSHOLE. YOU FEED ME BULLSHIT. HOW MANY TIMES NOW U SAY IT SHIPPED? DONT BOTHER SENDING ANYTHING OVERNIGHT ILL ASSUME ITS CONTAMINATED. TTY FRIDAY I WANT MY FUCKING MONEY BACK.

Its not drama until it is made to be drama. If you get upset and respond then it becomes drama. Please put yourself in his position. Did he receive tracking info for first pack? If not then he doesn't even know if it shipped. Hopefully you are upset because you are doing the right thing. Obviously you see the scum we deal with so you can see why we think the worst.

The drama you speak of is pertinent information for perspective customers. If there's problems with someone's delivery, why try to hide it off board?

Both good and bad feedback is essential for someone looking to make an informed decision.

Seems like you want to keep it quiet so you can lull potential customers into a false sense of security. IMO.

I talk him... reship was shipped tracking is email...

Customer can do 1 post with review...after delivery... people no need read and know all order details.. when shipoed,how,to who ..and shit like that its not ebay....!!!

I explained him last friday evrything by email.... what happend and what do with his ordrr!!!!
