Dont know what to do to find a legit source

And to add to what I just said. There are days im on cycle and feel tired. There are days I dont want to get out of bed, or go to work, or eat 12 meals. But I fuckin do it. I force myself. You need a better mentality, you need to build your own confidence, you need to learn how to love yourself. Because steroids are no joke, and if you think a drug will change your life for the better, think again. Drugs will make your life worse. Especially if you dont have the right mindset going in.

I'd love to hear your diet, workout program, how much you weigh, and your big 3 lifts. And dont lie, because you will only be lying to yourself.

Gear will just make everything WORSE if you don't have self discipline.

My only regret Is not being informed. My first cycle was a DBOL only cycle that a guy at gym sold me when I was17 years old. What a dumbass I was and he obviously was a piece of shit for selling it to me. I did a few other cycles after that each time with no guidance besides what the older guys at the gym told me. Anyway I’m sure they fucked me up never did any pct with any of them. Wasn’t until years later after about 8 year break that I actually became informed about proper cycling and pct. I am 42 now and have been reading up and gathering all of my supplies for a proper blast. Actually the first one in about 5-6 years. I have been lurking and reading here since nice October and still haven’t started yet. Waiting to get precycle bloods to make sure everything is in order. The best thing about finding MESO is I have gained a lot of valuable information from the members here. Do all your research before jumping into anything. There is a lot of valuable info in these threads.

Okay here’s an example of my diet. Yesterday for breakfast I has a bowl of oatmeal, two fried egg sandwiches, a yogurt and a cup of milk. About two hours later I had 3 large scoops of cottage cheese and strawberries and a beef stick. I always have a protein shake before lunch. Then for lunch I had two chicken salad sandwiches and potato salad. Then I had a protein shake, two hard boiled eggs, a piece of salmon, before dinner. For dinner I had chicken breasts, noodles, potatoes and green beans. Two plates. Had two more beef sticks as a snack about two hours after dinner with a can of tuna. Then around 8:00 I had half a jacks pizza. And I always have a protein shake before bed. I smacked on chocolate covered almonds throughout the day as well. As far as my workout I have a golds gym in my basement and some dumbbells. I usually do biceps, triceps and shoulders Monday and Thursday. Then do chest, back and abs Wednesday and Friday. I sometimes do legs on the weekend if I have time(I know skipping leg day is frowned upon). My workout sessions are usually around 45 minutes.

Diet is better than I expected. What is your weight and height? And what exactly are your workouts?

I am 6”3 about 170lbs. I do dumbbell curls with 20lb weights, I do hammer curls, triceps pull downs, lat pull downs, the butterfly curls, I bench with dumbbells, and do lots of variety workouts with dumbbells that I don’t know the name of. I usually do 3-4 sets 10 reps each

from what it sounds like you're far away from needing gear.
there's so much potential available if you started making your compound lifts stronger instead of a bro split or so using majority of isolation imo

Are you using dumbbells due to limited access? Can you get to a legit gym? It sounds like a traditional 5x5 strength program would be a good start.

You need to find a routine that works for you. I've been doing bro splits for years and it has given me great gains and I have proven that its more effective for me. But everyone is different.

But I do agree that you have so much natty potential left. You could tweak your diet and your workout routine. You should do steroids when you reach your natty limits. You first need to work on yourself and figure out why your so tired and not confident. Maybe when you get blood work you will find out. Or maybe you will have to change your daily schedule up.

What is your Bench? Squat? and Deadlift?

And most importantly what is your goal? What is your goal of taking steroids? What do you want to accomplish from this cycle?

My worry is that my levels will be low but not low enough for a doctor to help. I have done a lot of research on test levels and I seem to have a lot of the symptoms of low levels. I know it’s uncommon for my age but it does happen more often then people think

So what you’re really saying is you want to run AAS (call it “TRT” if you like) and will have “low T” regardless of the value.

And sorry fella but it doesn’t “happen more often than people think” and is one reason the FDA insisted manufactures change the labeling to include warnings TRT is NOT indicated for those with “stressors of life” complaints, depression in particular.

If that’s what you want try a “men’s health” or “aging male” clinic I’m sure
some of those quacks can find a reason
screw with your hormones.

I’m not sure what bro splits are. My bench is 120, I just squat with two 25lb dumbbells. I don’t dead lift. I should probably throw that in my routine. My goals for steroids is to get bigger. To motavate me and to show me what my body is capable of. To not look in the mirror and feel like just another skinny guy. I’m not talking about becoming a body builder by any means but I want that boost because I just feel like I’m not making gains as easily as other people. I don’t have access to a gym. The nearest one is an hour away ( I live in the country) I know based on a lot of the replies that a lot of people probably think I’m dumb for even thinking about steroids. It’s just something that I feel ready for. But yes like I mentioned I do have a dr apt next week and I will post the conclusion.

Just no, no, no, no. I can't add anything else that has not already been told to you except no. Shore up your training and diet that's it. The rest no. You already know what you should not do but you can already tell that you are going to do the wrong thing. Then your next thread a couple of months from know is going to be I fucked up how do I fix this (insert complication here).

@SuperMaroid @Husky88
sure isolation will do something for you if you're on gear but as a natty nothing will kick your natty test productions up faster than squatting and deadlifting heavy or lifting compounds in which case, OP doesn't really seem to be doing. :/

Unfortunately that’s where many of these folk end up, on one of several Meso AAS (“TRT”) complication threads.

Guys who are using AAS as “mood boosters” rarely if ever hit the gym, citing time management reasons that are often the genesis for their predicament such as “my kids, movie night, missed the trainer, bla, bla, bla.

Their mindset is completely different than those whom are running AAS for anabolic purposes and for that reason they uniformly fail IME.

This clearly shows that your no where near your potential. 120lb bench, 50lb squat, no deadlift. You need a gym. More important than gear would be getting a squat rack for your house so you can actually train. Your no where physically or mentally ready for steroids.

I would talk to your doctor about how youve been feeling recently. Tell him exactly how you feel and maybe he can help. Because steroids are not the answer here. If you do decide to do them, it will be a waste of time and money, and will mess you up even more when your on PCT.

You will see. I have a feeling you wont listen to any of us.

Trust me I’m going to take your advice. I’m not gonna do anything until I get professional advice from my doctor. And I really appreciate everyone for your advice. Out of the fourms I’ve been on this one is my favorite

You need base muscle before you start any anabolics. You need a good 2 or 3 years of good diet and training or what your gonna do is blow a bunch of money for no reason and see absolutely nothing and then blame bad gear cause it’s no miracle drug that’s gonna make you gain 20 pounds of muscle on one cycle. You would see nothing with what you have to offer. Listen to the people that’s been doin this for years.

At 6'3 you should be able to hit 200lb easy. Your lifts should be much higher. You mental focus should be there 100% and you should have atleast 3 consistent years of training under your belt.

Were being very blunt and honest so you dont make the wrong decision.

Keep us updated on what the doctor says. And keep your head up bro, sometimes life gets tough, but you have to stay positive.
