Ive had these before. Yes, plural. The first time it was with eurochem enanject testE 250. No matter where i pinned it it did this exactly this. Like an idiot i toughed the whole cycle out because i couldnt afford to replace the shit gear. Never an "infection" just terribly brewed gear. Needless to say i never bought that brand again. Then that faggot at muscle depot got one of his resellers caught up in a bust and i would never do business with them again for shitty gear and the fear LE infiltrated their ranks.
Second time i got it it was when i tried test C for the first time. Exactly like you posted. Same location too. I told my src and he said quit pinning that bottle and ill replace if another vial i had from him did the same thing. Turns out the ester or whatever i just needed to adjust to it. I repinned that same vial some weeks later and nothing all was well.
Point is it MAY NOT be an infection. Just adverse reaction. Ive toughed it out thru some terribly painful gear and not one time did an actual "infection" occur. All went away on their own.
Infact the worse gear i have ever pinned and never got used to was voodoos test E. Tried and tried and the same painful lumps everytime. I gave it to a friend and he had zero issues. So you see. Not everything is as it seems
